Elena is a priestess of Sundance, on the planet of Eawara. What is a White Ranger? Think of the main-stay abilities of a White Mage and an Archer. She uses a bow of her design, crafted and summoned by her own energy, and uses arrows of similar origin. Her arrows can be used both in offensive and defensive measures. She's can't do serious damage per say, but to stay she can stun you easily is a good way to put it. No, her arrows are use for long range healing. Friendly Fire, normally isn't. With Elena, it surely is!
As for the woman herself, she's become a powerful symbol of the Sundance Empire. Hope given Life, Daughter of the Goddess, the Brightest White, these are but a few of names people refer her to as.
