-Matthew_G saved Foenix from suffering the pain of digestion from a hungry predator. Foenix now owes Matt a favor.

Backstory: Dr. Evan Foenix was a scientist in the U.S.S.R. until it's collapse, after the collapse he came to the United States to work in some of the more secretive projects. Then, suddenly, to the bafflement of his superiors he went AWOL. Within weeks of his disappearance terrifying hi-tech crimes were being reported all over the world. Thus bringing the United States, and many other countries into the search for Dr. Evan Foenix.

Appearance: Foenix stands at 6'3" and weighs in at a solid 180 pounds. He is a dangerous man and that can be seen in his deep green eyes, that always have an odd glint, perhaps it is the spark of plotting. As for clothing, the Dr. never seems to wear the same thing twice and often ignores the very concept of fashion, and chooses either what is practical, on hand, or easily stealable. This is not to say that he does not dressed nicely or even handsomely from time to time, the Dr. appreciates looking good and often manages to in some manner or another.
