Donna is the very first member to join Project_Emotion and became a super soldier. During her earily years, Donna was a very lonely Rotom who only wished to make friends with others, but due to her ghostly appearance, she would always scare people away which always made them run away from her. Feeling that all hope was lost, she would discover Project Emotion as she would enlist into the program and would be surprised that she wasn't rejected by scaring everyone. As she took the trials and went through the infusion process, she would be pleased upon seeing Ingrid's joyous face as she would be the successful test subject that would take Project Emotion off the ground and launch it into the successful program it is now. It is here that she constantly prides herself with being the first member of the program as well as being prideful of being her first successful soldier.
