Background! From Past to Future to the Present! Confusion ensues!
Let's make this quick and simple! Cynthia comes from the world of Fire Emblem! Where magic and knights and the fantasy life thrives! And Cynthia is just a part of this. Though she comes from a different time, she is something of a time traveler, sort of! For the sake of argument let's just say she can jump to various times, so long as they more or less exist in a fantasy setting and what not!
Cynthia is a Pegasus Knight, and if you don't know what that means allow me to explain. She rides Pegasus through the sky then rains terror down on her foes! So at least that is how she explains it. She isn't much of a foot soldier, when it comes to battle she'll always mount her Pegasus and take flight around the battlefield, just to get a good survey of the area! So this may all sound well and dandy, but when it comes down to it....well Cynthia is a bit off.

Cynthia is not our average knight, and that is an understatement. She would rather be having a good time and shouting cliche catchphrases when she attacks an enemy, she has also been known to come up with some insane ideas when on the field. Her favorite one? Burst out into the scene in a shower of flower petals! All to confuse the enemy of course! Needless to say this idea never worked out on the field, her acting commander wouldn't allow it, well for good reason.
Cynthia believes in justice and the iron well! She thinks at the end of the day evil will be taken down and good will always triumph! That being said, this girl does not act noble at all, if anything she is more hyper and headstrong, always singing and humming tunes when she is in a fight. And when she takes down a foe? She laughs in their face! And not some maniacal laughter like some villain! No she laughs like a school girl! Need an example. Well it sounds a lot like this.

Cynthia is also a klutz, always running around faster then she can handle and she tends to trip...a lot. Always falling on her face, and rubbing the back of her head. She is also terrified of insects! As strong as this lass is if any kind of bug flies past her, she screams like a little girl and has to go get someone to handle the situation for her.
To her life is about having fun! But not too much fun! You see justice must be delivered first! But who says you can't have fun while doing it? At the same time she is always striving to be the best and training with any sort of weapon she can get her hand on!

As stated from before Cynthia is a Pegasus Knight, and a pretty darn good one! But she can do more then simply stab people, I mean she has to have a way to shrink them! And now if you know anything about me, well then you knew this was going to happen. That's right Cynthia loves playing with micros and shrinking people just for her own fun! Be it shrinking an enemy and ending them under her foot, or shrinking a fellow comrade and playing with them for a bit. If Cynthia develops any sort of relationship with you, she might just take you in the back and shrink you to tease and toy with you. I mean who wouldn't want to be teased by her? Stuck in her mouth, sucked on like candy, or even just walking over her body!
How did she comes across this odd power you ask? Well she spoke to her fellow comrade
Tharja_ who was more than happy to give her a book or two that taught her how to shrink others. Now she does her best to not let people know she does this, though it has slipped out a few times among the ranks that Cynthia has an odd habit of shrinking others and making them toys! But that is nothing but a rumor for the most part! I mean no one has been able to pin it on her quite yet! The people she does shrink are typically under orders to never tell another soul!
Little quirky, a klutz, and something of a spaz, Cynthia has it all! So she thinks. Have some time to kill? She's probably training or lazing about, who knows, the experience might be worth it!
