In a world that treats boys as third-class citizens it's rare that boys survive as long as Cody has. Typically speaking there are only 4 ways that a guy survives in a pred-eat-prey world as long as Cody has:

1) Status: be it from money, looks, or both. Having some kind of status and proving yourself to be 'too valuable' to simply churn n' dump can buy a guy time.

2) Good in bed: While not as a sure-fire as having status, being able to fulfill a preds other biggest desire can usually buy a guy some more time or a few free passes from exiting a girls apartment/home via the sewers.

3) A Protector: Usually either a sibling, a friend made in childhood or as a byproduct of the first two during their time of 'serving' the pred. Though there are rare cases where a pred might otherwise of grown attached to a particular prey and decide to keep them around and will do what they can to ensure their boytoy doesn't get eaten by another pred; though a Protector tends to eat the prey they swore to protect sooner or later.

4) Lastly, and as the case is for Cody, Sheer dumb luck.

If you were to ask Cody, he'd have no idea how he's made it this far. A part of him knows he'll likely find himself churning inside a preds stomach sooner or later. While he'd hate to admit it, a small part of him wishes it would just happen already, and in the back of his mind debates whether or not he should seek it out. Go out on his terms, so to speak, rather than down the gullet of whatever girl finally decides he'd look better as her boob or ass fat than a walking, breathing, person.

You'd think that Cody would be a shut-in that only leaves his small one-bedroom apartment for necessities before returning to the safety of it's four walls; you'd only be half-right. While some days Cody is content staying indoors where he doesn't have to worry about getting gobbled up, there are several days and nights as well that Cody leaves that comfort and safety behind and can be found almost anywhere: at the gym, browsing book store shelves, searching for the next RPG video game he'll play, going for a walk at the park during the day; or at night he might be found getting a drink at a local bar.

All that said, Cody doesn't take things too seriously and despite any day potentially being his last tries to keep lighthearted about everything life throws at him. Will his eventual end being from some patron he meets while drinking one night? Some gym babe looking for extra protein at the gym? An old friend looking to 'reconnect'? As hard as it is to say, there is the chance that he'll fight it as most prey would, but there is still that small part of him that thinks it might be worth it just to let it happen ...

1. After waking up the sleeping girl, Cody followed her home (thinking he was doing the right thing by making sure she got home okay.) Though, shortly after arriving at her home, he was Sarah's meal.

1. Cody thought it was weird when the beautiful CEO called him (a random) into her office, and was quickly enslaved to Liz's mind control (for lack of better word). A short time later, we was unwillingly gurgling away in her belly.

1. Cody accidentally forgot a few of his books and some homework in Miss Cantell's classroom, and decided that it'd be a good idea to return to school during 'detention hours' and grab his items. (Un)fortunatly for him he walked in as Rose was swallowing another student, a secret she didn't want out, and as such Cody was the next student to slide down Rose's gullet to digest away.
