Circe's approach to life is that if she wants something, it clearly should belong to her. It doesn't matter what is, she obviously needs and/or wants it more than the original owner. You've got it, she wants it.
Naturally, this sort of thinking would lead Circe into a career path that catered to her philosophy in life, Professional Thievery.
From an early age Circe constantly pushed herself to be the best thief she could be, robbing her classmates, neighbors, and even relatives blind without being caught. Until she was caught, that is. Oh good grief did she ever get a monstrous spanking for stealing Mrs. Vandeer's pacemaker.
The nurses still aren't sure how she got it out of Mrs. Vandeer's chest in the first place, but somehow she managed it. Without killing her, if the rumors are true.
Of course, when it's discovered that you've been filching the valuables and prized possessions of the entire town, you can only expect to be banished from the town. With this unfortunate turn of events, Circe was forced to wander from place to place, more determined than ever to become the world's greatest thief!
Not that she would ever admit to being a thief, that is. No, she would always introduce herself to others as...
"Circe Dinoun, Collector of Oddities, Curiosities, Treasures, Nick-Knacks, Valuables, and Etc." The feline would purr out languidly with a fluid bow and a grand sweep of the arm for emphasis.

-Circe ran into the stage magician, Magical_Mindy who gave her the ability to be super squishy, stretchy, and flexible, to impossible levels! Good luck keeping your valuables save when Circe can squeeze through a straw-sized hole to get to them! Sub-Update: Apparently she can be squeezed into a tear-drop sized bottle. Very... snug.
Collection So Far:
-Clover_Loppai had wanted to be a real thief, part of Circe's crew, but all that delicious snack got was an invitation to be part of a real thief as part of Circe's Chest~! No one will ever see that bunny again, unless Circe's topless~
-Nya_Maximus was just relaxing, when Circe showed up, smothered her, and permanently absorbed her into the master theif's fat tits. Lucky Nya~!
-Circe managed to rob Kinzeta of her freedom completely! The pink cutie is now and forever the property of Circe, hers to do with whatever ever she pleases, whenever she pleases. This is EASILY her crowning collection piece.
-A spiked bracelet willingly given as a gift from hungrybunsjenny~
-Gemstone_Citrine's staff! The gem gal gave it to Zultanite to help her defend against Circe's attempts to steal Zultanite's headpiece. So, Circe stole the staff instead! Look at it and tremble with envy!
-Yvir's flared stockings! Or a pair of them, anyway! The point is, they belong to Circe now! She didn't even have to ste- er... All she had to do was ask!
-Crystal_L's glasses! Bwahahaha~! The fool willingly handed over her glasses as if Circe planned on returning them! Now they belong to the Collection!
-A collar from Magical_Mindy that functions like her tophat, except the collar has pouches on it. Think of Batman's utility belt, but each pocket is a Bag of Holding from DnD. So... Basically Batman's utility belt.
Fun Facts:
-Ironically, her last name means 'give'. Maybe you should give her something of yours.
-Circe is easily bought with the thought of getting something someone else values. It's her biggest weakness.
-She can play 7 instruments. 8 if you count spoons. 9 if grass whistles are included as well.
-Circe is impossibly flexible. Might even be stretchy and squishy as well, who knows, but damn is she flexible.
