Chagall

Please note: I am not this character, please do not treat me like it in OOC, ok? I mean this in the nicest possible way.

In a parallel universe, Sparks_ Lightning the pikachu was turned into paint and sucked into the tail of a Smeargle. In reality, Sparks turned on the Smeargle and absorbed it. However, either way, it was just a dream. However, the dream worlds where both situations happened DID exist, and as you know, that's all that it takes for someone to appear in Nexus park. Because of such, the aforementioned Smeargle was one day thrust into this place. His name: Chagall, taken from an artist of some renown.

Special abilities:
Tail Master- Chagall can shoot paint from his tail, or brush paint on something, and then suck it back up. whatever the paint touches, it will spread over, completely turning whatever it hit into paint. This seems to happen more often on creatures than anything else. Any creatures turned into paint can also be sucked into Chagall's tail, and they do not lose the capacity for capable thought, and as such, CAN run away once turned into paint. (Though, they'll be sluggish to start as their bodies get used to being less solid.) Also, their form will hold. However, there is no cure for becoming paint, but if the creature learns to control the new form, they will be capable of absorbing others like a slime or blob. Of course, this leaves Chagall vulnerable, as his "creations" can end up turning on him and absorbing him before he can suck them into his tail. He is actually very afraid of this, and as such will make it a point to not tell transformed prey about it unless he thinks he can trust them with the information.
Don't ask how, but he can taste his paint-prey as he sucks them into his tail.
If his paint reserves are full, the prey will be sucked into his stomach and digested there.
Yes, he can pull someone into his tail without transforming them, but since his body wasn't meant to work that way normally, it hurts him to do it, (specifically, it feels like he's being poked constantly by pins and needles) so he doesn't usually do it.

Skilled artist- He can paint objects into mid-air, and have them come to life. He also uses this technique as his main way of reformation; however, reformation brings the prey back to normal, whereas a painting on its own basically just comes to life.

Paint palette- He can use other paint colors besides green. All he has to do is think of the color and shake his tail, and presto! He can make any colors from his bases of Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, and White. (He can make Black by "mixing" blue, red, and Yellow together in certain quantities. However, he does NOT have Black as a base color.)

Recurring dream- As a pokemon from a dream world, Chagall cannot truly be killed. If he gets eaten, he'll reappear nearby, or in a safe place, depending on the type of pred who ate him.

A third?- The pawprint marking on his back has now somehow become.... different. If someone were to touch it, a green hand (and arm) of paint would come out of it and grab them, before pulling them through Chagall's back and into a strange area; it seems like a sea of paint... which will slowly absorb them. The marking then will change to the most dominant color on their bodies... and they will still be sentient. They can then see through Chagall's eyes, and for all intents and purposes, will be trapped inside him, at least until he lets them out. Upon doing so, the mark will return to its normal green coloring.
He's a LITTLE freaked out about this, though. So much so, that he wrote "Don't Touch!" around the print on his back; "Don't" above it, "touch" below. He also put an arrow pointing to the print to specify.

Habits:
He's not as bright as he could be. Expect to hear "you lost me" from him sometimes.

Because of his backstory, he absolutely HATES Pikachus. He doesn't understand why, though; he doesn't remember being eaten. What he DOES remember is sucking Sparks into his tail. However, both memories are in his head, though it's unknown how both ended up in there.

Info on paint creatures:
paint creatures have all the abilities of a blob or slime, such as absorption. Most of the time, they stay in their previous shape, but they CAN make themselves turn amorphous, and as such, can slip through small spaces. While solid, they can wear clothes or anything, but once they get their paint on it, it will turn into paint. Any clothes they have on when first transformed are safe until they take the clothes off, or until the clothes are removed from them in any other way... Some paint creatures can control turning things into paint better than others, and some of them are able to shoot paint out of their hands or front paws like Chagall can shoot it out of his tail. Others could possibly spit paint at the same velocity. Shot out or spat out paint will only spread on and transform something the paint creature intends to.


Upon meeting Pokeshifter_Milo He allowed himself to be eaten by the Smeargle/ditto hybrid, and was turned into a paint sculpture that- thankfully since the other smeargle was able to copy Chagall's "Paint Palette" ability- Doesn't make him look much different than before. The main differences are that he now has a dull shine to him and he's now more squishy. However, this is only a Semi-canon transformation; unless you ask me to use this form, I won't, and he can't swap between the two in the same Rp.

From digesting/absorbing a raichu, he gained five more moves, though he doesn't know why he got the fifth:
Iron Tail (A Raichu tailtip made of paint covers his tail)
Electro Ball (He gains Raichu-themed paint gloves)
Thunder (A Raichu-themed hood appears over his head)
Agility (No paint "helper"... this time.)
Discharge (The one that came from out of left field. He still doesn't know he got it. Also no "Helper".)

He painted a Mudkip into life, and it follows him around. It's basically a pet. The thing has no true soul, and as such is basically a shell of itself. However, it considers Chagall its master... and creator, obviously. Because of this, it follows any of the smeargle's orders. It can absorb people, and turn them into paint like Chagall can by spitting paint. It cannot talk (apart from the occasional utterance of "Kip!" and its forms. These mean nothing; it's not true pokespeak.) since it hasn't a soul. The mudkip counts as a painting creature; somewhat like a paint creature with the same abilities, except it has more than one color. Yes, it is a "3D painting", as it were.
