Pokeshifter_Milo
Meet Milo.
He looks like a Smeargle just like any other! Wild too. Wild and free, but it wasn't always like that.
In the pursuit of being the very best. There was a trainer that wanted to combine the transformative characteristics of a Ditto, with his Smeargle. There weren't a whole lot of people that understood the workings of a pokemon like that, other than Bill...the pokemon researcher just North of Cerulean City. This trainer brought Milo to the pokemon researcher, asking if he could somehow combine two pokemon into one. Bill first suggested breeding as a means to get what he wants, but it wouldn't be a garuntee that the child pokemon would inherit EITHER of the parent pokemon's most dominant characteristics of their species. After a bit of back and forth, the trainer did a few favors for Bill who in turn, turned all of his research and attention on this project. After months of working on his Pokemon transformation chamber that had once got him stuck as a pokemon before, he figured out how to use it to combine the best features of two species to combine them into one, instead of simply transferring one's body into the other. This required the creation of a third chamber, which the two individual components could mix and meld into for a new creature.
The result of this experiment was Milo's birth. He woke up, dizzy and disoriented in Bill's house, clumsily spinning around the room until he fell face first into a stack of books. At first glance he looked like an ordinary Smeargle. The Trainer and Researcher were dissapointed in the result, until they noticed the Smeargle's body actually caving in a bit around the books, like it's body was very squishy and malleable. The trainer urged Bill to do a few more tests on his new pokemon to figure out why this was happening. The tests resulted in the conclusion that Milo was definitely a smeargle, but his body's composition was similar to a Ditto's. It was very soft and squishy, but it still kept a solid figure. Milo on one hand was getting sick and tired of the tests. HIs first moments in the world, and even the first couple of weeks, were spent cooped up in the researcher's house. He eventually got fed up and started storming out of the place. When his trainer tried to stop him however, something new happened that caught Bill's attention. The trainer's body was actually sinking INTO Milo's body. The dog pokemon was a bit stunned by this developement too and was horrified as his trainer's body was being pulled right on into his body. With effort, his trainer managed to force himself free, only for Milo to suddenly have a very big, and at the time to him...a GREAT idea.
The Smeargle, after realizing his body was very durable and malleable after so many weeks of experiments, managed to stretch out and extend his hand paw towards his trainer, and snap it back into place! With his trainer firmly in his paw, he opened his mouth wide and began to consume the trainer, whole and alive. His body stretched out to take in the large quantity of food that he was consuming, and by the end of it, his belly was nearly dropping to the floor with the added weight. Licking his lips after he finished his deed, he turned to the pokemon researcher and began to advance on him. I think you can guess what happened after that.
After Milo calmed down, and was free from that house, he escaped out into the woods where he could sit back and digest his meals. He was so vengeful when he'd put his idea into play but now he just felt regret. LIke he'd done something wrong...And almost by instinct, as his belly shrank down back to it's original size with time, he started painting over the forests trees. at first he couldn't do a whole lot more than a few colorful lines, but he noticed that his paint was growing thicker as the progress of his food's digestion was going along. He didn't know why, but he was producing a lot more paint after his meals had finished digesting, to the point they held somewhat of a mass themselves. What he did next surprised him...He started using that large ammount of thick sludgy paint to create sculptures of his former trainer, as well as the researcher he'd eaten. Both were the basic green goopy paint that was natural coming from a smeargle's body but they were still there...almost lifelike...! After several minutes of just admiring his tribute to the two that gave his life...and the ones that were abusing it, he turned to walk away.
Over time, Milo forgot about the two of them, if only because he didn't want to remember those days of being prodded and experimented on. He'd eventually learned that the powers of the Ditto living inside of him could be used for new forms of creativity! He discovered this by living off the land, and eating trainers that actively challenged him, as well as pokemon that he found in the wild when he was hungry. With each meal, his skills with the brush and his sculpting were improving, until one day one of his victims, after being turned into one of his statues, actually sprang to life! It scared the living daylights out of the Smeargle, who thought all of his victims were gone, yet this one was still alive... and it was MOVING in it's new form. After a few of his own tests with his next couple of prey, he found that they too would come back to life after he'd paint after they finished digesting inside of him. Realizing this, he came to the conclusion that THIS is what the world needed to fill it with more vibrant colors. LIving pieces of art that could walk and roam around with the rest of them! And making them much more interetsing as time progressed.
With each living meal Milos has consumed, he seems to retain some of that person or creature's own knowledge, and he's used that to make himself smarter. Eventually learning to speak fluent english after he's eaten enough trainers that came after him. He's also used this knowledge to expand his creativity...eventually transforming his victims into paintings or objects that don't even represent what they originally looked like. A good example is he's consumed a Rattata and once he's finished digesting, he'd bring it to life as a statue of a Mankey, so he's not just limited to bringing you to life as you once were...he can improve you!
Powers:
Living sculpture: Milo can re-form anyone he has eaten into a sculpture that can move and react just as they would if they were still flesh and blood. He can change you up and make you whatever you want to be. Additionally...he also has the power to pull you back into him through his tail. He rarely does this, since he believes that art is something that should last forever, and tampering with it would be as if he didn't appreciate his own work.
Paint Fusion: Something Milo picked up by observing other Smeargles with unique powers that were both similar and different to his own. If Milo eats two people around the same time frame, he can make a single painting out of them...Using his creativity he can even spruce it up a bit. Example...Milo eats a Charmeleon and then he swallows up an Ivysaur within the same frame of a half hour...He can then paint them into an odd combination sculpture...A green scaled Charmeleon with a tailflame that is more like...petals that shake and shimmer in the wind to replicate fire.
