Regardless of what reality Cerulesta appears in, however, she is always irrevocably fated to perish; to put it simply, the very cosmos itself sees her survival as an 'error' and pushes every incarnation of the poor girl towards subconscious self-destruction... something that may manifest via any combination of her wretched luck, horrendous judgment, and overwhelming naivete.

Speaking of which... to all of those who encounter this profile and are intimidated by its admittedly-ridiculous length: you do not have to read every single line of it. I know it's too long. Really. I understand. I don't want to shorten it because I prefer to be as clear as possible and I want to have each idea spelled out in case one or more of them becomes a relevant issue, but I'd at least like to state that not all of it is mandatory reading. I'm not going to quiz you to see if you've read the entire damn thing before agreeing to RP with you, and especially not if I'm the one asking you to play.

☆ Character.

Before you stands a young, gentle-eyed human girl. She is quite small in build, standing only about five feet tall and bearing a seemingly healthy weight. A long, shimmering head of mottled blonde hair runs down over her shoulders, stopping just short of her lower back; the silken strands glimmer in the sun, brushed painstakingly smooth, yet occasionally a few pieces drift idly out of place. She stares up at you with a plump, roundish facade, her wide emerald-hued eyes sparkling in curious innocence-- yet their charm is tainted ever-so-slightly with a pinch of dismay, as though something is silently and perpetually troubling her.

Her outfit is rather decadent, considering her tendency to wander and travel constantly with only a minimal sense of purpose. She wears a tight-fitting black suit jacket, lined with brassy gold buttons that run down the center of her torso. A dark driver's cap sometimes sits atop her head, lined with the same buttons; it is clear she's very particular about matching. She wears a pair of tight, faded jeans, accompanied by dangerously tall heels that seem to be an attempt to compensate for her lackluster height. Dangling from her ears are a pair of silver stars, crafted of plain steel... and though they are simple in design, their rather outlandish size makes them impossible to miss. Even at a glance, one might consider them her trademark.

She is often seen with a notepad and pencil, as drawing is her favorite hobby as well as her self-elected profession; she particularly loves to capture the fascinating and the monstrous in her artwork, and finds that meeting them in person is often the best reference. Her particular brand of incessant curiosity drives her forward to that effect, despite the fact that such approaches often prove themselves to be somewhat risky, if not outright dangerous. Yet Cerulesta Silva is not a stupid girl; perhaps there are many smarter than she, in the grand scheme of things, but she is not devoid of intellect or wit. Surely, then, she understands the treacherous nature of the path she treads... and when she chooses, time and time again, to pursue her odd fascinations regardless of the consequences, it is always of her own volition.

Though often outgoing in a rather awkward, bashful sort of way, Cerulesta prefers to work alone and is rarely seen in the company of others. She spends the majority of her time in the darker reaches of the woods, drawing away contentedly; however, she is almost always grateful for a visitor, as a solitary life brings loneliness with it in droves, something she is nearly as susceptible to as anyone else might be. Her demeanor, while extremely amicable under all but the most dire of circumstances, does not always align with what might be expected of an 'ordinary' woman. Hers is a spirit far too easily swayed-- suspiciously, in fact, making her perfect fodder for any who seek to take advantage of her benign and trustworthy nature. But there is more to it than that; her demure inclination towards danger is especially abnormal, in a sense, in that she is not truly responsible for it. A sort of corruption lurks beneath the surface of her psyche that dampens her strength of will, making her relish what she ought to fear, drawing her straight into the waiting arms of those beings who would wish to use her for their own purposes. The origin of these self-destructive tendencies is little-known to she who suffers them... and though she is not immune to the guilt they carry, not a single incarnation of the woman called Cerulesta Silva has been able to shed them in their entirety.

There is a truth behind her condition, you see, that no mortal creature could feasibly know of. Like many, many other beings in the universe, she exists within a countless number of the even more countless realities that span the dimensions of the cosmos. That the circumstances of her birth have occurred in more than one reality is not special or unique in the least. What is unique is that Cerulesta Silva, in every reality, has always been marked for death, and the fact that versions of her still exist at all is something of an abnormality. A miracle, indeed... though perhaps it would be more accurate to say that her presence is less a miracle and more an error.

Why this is the case is not certain, beyond the fact that she is an extraordinarily unlucky girl. What is clear, however, is that when she was first conjured into existence, fate seemed to think it a mistake-- a mistake that it would swiftly and brutally correct. The original Cerulesta Silva died in the hospital less than an hour after she was born. That was always supposed to be the end of her. But of course, one cannot help but wonder... what if things had gone a tiny bit differently? Every decision has the potential to cause a split in reality, creating multiple paths and new, alternate universes based on what choices were made. The overwhelming majority of these paths still ended in Cerulesta's unfortunate demise, granted. But inevitably, across the infinite realities, there had to be at least one set of circumstances that allowed her to survive. Eventually, exactly one amidst billions met the proper conditions; from its seed, further realities were given leeway to spread and branch, and Cerulesta's existence thereby became a little less exclusive.

Yet it remains that, to put it bluntly, absolutely no version of her was ever intended to pull through. And though she could not possibly know of or understand that fact, it still instinctively affects her; her presence as an anomaly has always quietly manipulated her spirit towards an elimination of the self. Every living incarnation of Cerulesta Silva stems from the same base, the single original reality in which she managed to escape an immediate death-- but the cold truth remains that in all other realities, she still perished in her first hour of life. Though the miniscule minority of surviving Cerulestas still number in the thousands thanks to reality's infinitely branching nature, a statistic of that magnitude transcends dimensions-- to the point where the cosmos literally influences it to self-correct. And so every Cerulesta that makes it past the threshold of her intended demise is cursed with a subconscious obsession, a grim fascination with danger that she will never be able to understand.

Why does she always have an irresistible compulsion to seek out events and persons that will gladly bring about her end? She does not know. She doesn't always know, in earnest, that the people she searches for are even dangerous in the first place; her soul is the only part of her that realizes it, and it intentionally leads her to them while keeping her conscious mind naïve, oblivious. The older she is permitted to grow, the more her tendencies start to consume and define her, until there is no longer any feasible escape from their gruesome consequences. It could be said that her spirit is infatuated with Death himself, that it craves to meet with him like it was supposed to in every other version of the world she knows. It will guide her into his waiting arms, one way or another-- for it stands that, to this day, no Cerulesta Silva has ever been blessed to see her twentieth birthday. At nineteen, teetering on the ends of these withering branches of reality, her end is therefore always nigh; it is only a matter of time before fate claims her and moves one step closer to deleting its mistake.

Perhaps you could help to hurry things along... Death, after all, is not a patient man.

☆ The Use of Multiple Realities.

Each individual RP involving Ceru is typically set in its own separate reality-- meaning that while she may have died time and time again, all of her deaths did not necessarily occur in a single time line. No matter how many times she's been killed, when she interacts with your character for the first time, it is as though she has suffered neither the events that transpired during other RPs nor those involving other people. Unless it is specifically requested that she retain memories from a roleplay with a character other than the one she is currently interacting with, she will be played as a "clean slate" without any knowledge of her previous experiences. Conveniently, this also explains why the poor girl doesn't yet come to expect a horrible demise at the hands of virtually every man she meets, instead remaining unassuming and trusting.

This means of maintaining her existence does, however, present a problem for those who wish to play with Cerulesta more than once with a given character. If she does not die for whatever reason, continuity can be easily preserved and we can pick up where we last left off. If she does die-- which is more than likely-- it will be necessary to "retcon" her death and go back in time within the story to a point where she was still alive if my partner wants to keep one continuous storyline. Exceptions to this rule can be made, as I don't exactly enjoy dealing with the difficulty of altering previous roleplays, but I would prefer to discuss them as they come rather than stating a single catch-all for getting around death-related issues.

If my partner doesn't care about continuity and is all right with simply treating each roleplay session with Cerulesta as disconnected from other sessions that use the same character, the alternate reality concept still applies. I pretty much never have any restraints about taking this method; it's what I'll choose to do more often than not, since it eliminates a LOT of problems.

While I will admit that it can be difficult to create ongoing, vore-related storylines, the lenience of multiple realities allows me as a player to alter Cerulesta's storyline and past as I see fit to suit a particular scenario. Want her to have lived her entire life as a micro, hiding on the streets? Done. Born into slavery? No problem. A faithful companion or ally of your character? It's feasible. I like to think that I'm decently flexible when it comes to story ideas due to the fact that I have no issue with changing my character's past to that of a given partner's choosing.

However, it isn't exactly unlimited, either. There are a number of things I refuse to change about Cerulesta because... well, she would no longer be Cerulesta if I did. That, or just because I'm uncomfortable with them for one reason or another.

These include:
- Changing her species to anything beyond demi-human.
- Lowering her age by more than five years.
- Raising her age at all (because of her canon storyline, not my preferences).
- Changing her gender.
- Changing her build or body type.
- Changing her base personality.
- Making her predatory or dominant in any manner.
- Changing her sexual preferences.

Other alterations can be quite readily discussed, and I may even give some of my own suggestions. Especially if a particular roleplay idea interests me or would work more smoothly if Ceru was molded to fit into the setting, I'm often happy to make some tweaks here and there.

As Prey

Hard Vore	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I like seeing things get bloody sometimes. I default to soft vore, but if you want to take a nastier approach to things, I'd hardly feel the need to object. To me, hard vore is best when mixed in with soft vore (maiming/dismembering Ceru a bit before swallowing what's left in one piece, for example).
Digestion	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Absolutely adored. The level of graphic detail incorporated into this can pretty much be whatever you're comfortable with. I like fairly gory digestion as well as soft, gentle, melty digestion, and everything in between.
Fatality	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Yes, please, kill her! Kill her dead! Ceru will still be here as a chatroom character for you to interact with no matter how many times she gets herself eaten, even if she doesn't "reform"-- so don't sweat it, all right?
Endo	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Ceru might be fated to die, but endo is great too if it suits your character's disposition better. I enjoy it most if Ceru is going to be trapped for a long period of time. Or forever! Forever is great.

Unbirthing	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	If I really like your female character, sure! I enjoy UB (digestion or endo, no age-regression/TF), but it isn't something I'm willing to engage in with just anyone. I'm more inclined to do it with a character I already love.
Cock Vore	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I'm not a huge fan. I don't despise it, exactly, but it's awkward for me to write and doesn't do much for me, so I have very minimal interest.
Anal Vore	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Not my piece of cake, really. Might be able to tolerate it if it's clean, but I don't exactly have fun roleplaying things I just 'tolerate'. Don't get your hopes up.

I prefer the soul to be consumed in a manner somewhat akin to oral vore, though the actual digestion of it can be written in varying ways depending on the scenario and my partner's feelings on the matter. Also know in advance that I may not be willing to do this with every character I agree to play with. I consider it more intimate and final, and thus my standards for it are higher.
Unconventional Vore	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Depends what it is, but usually I'm game. Mouths in weird places-- hands, torso, back, etc.-- are amazing. Absorption is awesome. If you have any other odd ideas, go ahead and ask and I'll tell you how I feel.
Stretchy	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Yeah, this is a good approach. I do kind of prefer more moderate-sized stomach bulges to truly ridiculous ones, and I don't like anatomy that's completely unbelievable, but I'm not that picky.
Realistic	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Often preferred over lots of stretching; the tighter the fit for poor Ceru, the better. Both options are good, though, or a mix of the two.
Cooking	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	If Ceru's kept alive throughout the cooking and the subsequent vore, I'm decently into it. If she's going to die before being eaten, I don't really care for it.
Food Related	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	It's always quite enjoyable to have my character served up as a part of a meal (or just eaten along with a bunch of food; shoving her into a slimy mess of chewed-up mush is something I enjoy more than I should), but it's a purely optional aspect of a scene.
Rough	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Don't hesitate to treat poor Cerulesta like your own personal rag doll. I favor it with Ceru-- so yeah, go ahead, be a bastard to her. And don't feel bad just because she doesn't necessarily deserve it.
Gentle	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I'm actually kind of a sucker for sweet stuff, but I only want it when it suits the character and the circumstance in question. On this particular character, I do lean more towards the rough and nasty side of things.
Sex	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I have little interest in sex, and I'm super finicky about who I'll have my character engage in it with. It's safe to assume I'm not interested unless I say otherwise. If I ever do it, I prefer male humanoids (female humanoids are possible, but Ceru leans towards liking men more). I also strongly believe that vore and sex should be separate 'parts' of a scene, if sex is included.
Pain	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Yeah! Go nuts, honestly. I really enjoy writing poor Ceru's reactions to torment and suffering. Pain is never necessary, though-- just an option if you like it and want to be mean.
Transformation	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	It really depends on what it is and if she can still move/feel while in that state. Please ask about this sort of thing. I can't say it's a kink of mine or anything, though.
Blood	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	It comes naturally with pain. Blood doesn't faze me and I'm quite fond of making the poor girl spill some. Gore doesn't tend to make me squeamish, either.
Scat	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	No. Never. Please, don't ask me, because this slider should make my answer obvious. I don't like scat even being vaguely alluded to, if that clarifies the extent of my dislike for it. I'd rather the prey be completely absorbed by the predator with zero waste left over.
Disposal	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	See above; it's the same deal. Sorry.
Watersports	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Nope, not happening. Same deal as above, once again.
Bondage	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Adored on the rare occasions I engage in sexual scenes, and there's nothing wrong with tying or coiling Cerulesta up if she decides she wants to put up a fight going down the hatch.
Magic	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Ceru doesn't have any of her own, but you're more than welcome to use yours on her (depending on what it is, but usually it's all okay). Shrinking spells are always encouraged.
Willing	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I usually tread the border between this and unwilling. Ceru is very flexible and can fall on either side of the line, but typically doesn't put up as much of a fight as she perhaps ought to. Expect subtle willingness as a default.
Unwilling	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Very feasible as well. I don't like extremely violent unwillingness, but crying and struggling and pleading for mercy aren't at all out of the question.
Micro/Macro	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I often prefer some degree of size difference. Ceru can start out small, be shrunken down, or happen to encounter a giant; all are wonderful. The aforementioned degree of size difference does not have to be huge, however.
Same Size	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I do like same size as well, though, so macro/micro is by no means a requirement. I've come to enjoy it a lot more than I used to as of late, meaning that I'll be quite pleased with whatever suits your fancy.

Female Partner	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Hot girls are also my jam! Both genders are fantastic and I love them pretty equally.

Demi Partner	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Demis, however, are hands-down my favoritest species of all! I adore virtually any creature with a humanoid face and body structure that is accompanied by non-human features. I usually prefer my demi-humans to lean more towards the monstery side-- so the more "demi" traits they have, the better.
Fur Partner	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Not a big fan of furs in fetish roleplay, I regret to admit. I have nothing against them, but don't really feel anything for them and don't really want them to eat me. Realize that I'm refusing fetish roleplay only; ordinary interactions are fine.
Scaly Partner	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I like dragons-- predominantly feral (but sentient) ones rather than anthros. Nagas can be extraordinarily nice, if you consider them members of this category.
Feathered Partner	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I like crows/ravens, and I might be interested in gryphons and other such fantastical avian species. As a generalization, though, I tend to feel neutrally about them.
Plants	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I vastly prefer it if plants have some sort of personality in their actions (sentience is even better!), and if they have a mouth-like structure somewhere on them. Still, I prefer other types of predators.
Animal / Non-morphic	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	It depends. Sharks and snakes are usually a 'yes'; outside of that, though, my interest in actual animals is minimal. I'm quite drawn to interesting monsters and creatures (quadrupedal ones in particular tend to get more attention), but they'll have to be judged on a case-by-case basis since I'm still rather indefinite.
Non-Sentient Partner	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Generally, assume it'll never happen. Emotion and thought are really big for me, and without them I feel gypped. I can be perfectly fine with a character that is unable to speak, so long as they can reason, feel emotions, and react accordingly-- even to a limited degree!-- rather than living solely on base instincts.

Evolving Character	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	This really depends on the type of RP I'm in. Ceru does change on her own over time, but you'll only likely see it if you play with me regularly or if we engage in an ongoing RP.

Hunger Desperation	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Any scenario where the predator is hungry to the point of acting single-minded and desperate tends to drive me nuts. I love the intensity of scenes like this, so it's a great idea for a premise if you want to get my attention.

Pretty much any kind of object works for this, but the more shiny, important, and valuable, the more appealing it is for me. Bonus points if the object in question is something Cerulesta holds dear to her heart or needs to survive/escape certain death.
Emotion Focus	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	This is the most important thing for me when it comes to roleplaying. I completely thrive on emotionally-charged scenes and interactions, and if you take the time to describe how your character is reacting in detail-- such the look on their face, their verbal tics, their body movements, the tone of their voice, the speed of their breathing-- I will love you to fucking pieces. The more intense the emotions and reactions, the more thrilled I'll be. I guarantee it.
Fangs	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Do you know why every remotely predatory character I draw has pointy teeth, even when it's completely unfitting or unnecessary? Go on, guess. It's not like it's because my biggest kink or anything. Nope, definitely not. (It's times like this when I wish the sliders went over 100, actually...)
IC Approaches	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Please, don't do this. It bothers me and forces me into a spontaneous scene that I may not want to take part in, which I really don't appreciate. If you message me IC in a private message, I will still respond OOC. If you continue to message me IC even after it's clear that I'm not playing along, I will ignore you.
Internal Conflict	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	Having a character experience second thoughts, guilt, or regret during a scene instills it with a lot more depth and emotional weight, in my opinion. This can go for either the predator or the prey, or even both of them, depending on the nature of the scene. It works best when a character is somewhere in-between 'willing' and 'unwilling'. I will often incorporate this myself, while playing Ceru; she usually leans toward unwilling, but will often have a few contradictory, positive thoughts about being swallowed alive that will cause her to doubt her true desires. Anything along those lines in a scene is a delight for me to take part in.
Drugging	Always/Love	+ --	Never/Dislike	I don't like having sex and vore mixed together for some reason. I'm okay with roleplaying them separately, and I enjoy sexual overtones, but things like masturbation or pleasuring the prey while eating them really aggravate me. Please don't incorporate anything like this into a scene with me, or I'm likely to lose interest extremely quickly.
