Carilla loves to steal; she's probably never loved anything except for the high she gets after stealing something-- anything-- from somebody, be it something valuable or something miniscule. Despite her large hands, she's able to deftly take whatever she wants without being noticed in most cases. Of course, everybody makes mistakes, but Carilla's were few and far between.

She doesn't know why she is so good at stealing, or why she loves it so much. She was just born with a natural talent, much like her late mother, who was a high-ranking member of the Pokemafia and a close loved one of the leader, Aethius. Carilla was content to follow in her mother's footsteps and join the organisation until one fateful night on a mission with a rookie, a fatal error caused her mum to end up dead. Though it's been a couple years since the incident, Carilla still has a flame of hatred for the entire organisation and all who follow it burning in her gut.

Salandit emits toxic gas, together with flames, from the base of its tail. This poisonous gas has a sweet smell, and anyone who unknowingly breathes it in will become dizzy. Salandit is not a very powerful Pokémon, but its cunning nature allows it to battle fiercely by throwing its opponents off balance.

Salandit females not only release toxic gases, they can also emit pheromones that attract males of all species, including Pokémon and humans. Inhaling these pheromones may cause opponents to be controlled by Salandit’s will.
