Once upon a time Allen had a different name, but he has long since forgotten it as he was abandoned by an esteemed family of great power when he was only months old on the basis of low magical aptitude compared to that of his siblings and left for dead on some random street where he was saved by a traveling circus. Adopted by them and given his present name, he was raised to a life on the move, never staying in one place for long.

One where he was an attraction with his own magical number during the day, which was fine if that was all there was to it. But it was anything but as the circus was secretly part of an international organization that deal with the supernatural. Due to a host of factors, including Allen's dislike of his own kind - rooted in his abandonment - he was pressganged into being a demon hunter atop of his present duties. So that during the nights he was sometimes sent out to vanquish some demon, using his powers of hypnosis to direct the offending creature to its final rest in his stomach.

A duty he quickly took to, though Allen grew to similarly detest mortals for being so demanding and weak.

With such an active lifestyle on his hands he had to grow up quickly and wound up rather self-serving on top of all the energy he needed to keep aloft.

Already a capable predator before he grew old enough to use what little magic he possessed, Allen made countless people dive into his stomach to quell his now greater appetite - after liberating them of their wallets of course, because his pay is horrendous.

Types of Hypnosis Allen can do:

Compelling Voice - As it says on the tin, this compels people into doing what Allen wants them to do regardless of their prior objective and without them noticing any discrepancy.
Dazzling Eyes - Through eye contact, Allen can make people become transfixed and even fall in love with him depending on their force of will, making it easier for him to dominate his prey.
Enthralling Tail - same as with Dazzling Eyes, only with his cute posterior.
Seduction - If all else fail and a prey's willpower is too strong, Allen can offer sexual services to weaken their minds to his other means of hypnosis by sapping their mental strength through pleasure and by extracting it directly by drinking his victim's milk or semen (depending on if it's a woman or man)

RP Suggestions:

Standard: Allen meets a person or crowd, which lead to hypnosis, a sequence of orders, theft, and at last a digestive demise for Allen's victim(s).
Provider: During a bad day with little food, Allen encounter someone who out of altruism or some other reason decide to treat him to a meal.
Sexual Service: Some people's willpower is too strong for most of his standard methods of imparting suggestions, which, if he must, lead to him offering sexual services which is a much stronger delivery method.
Disadvantaged: Allen meets someone he cannot hypnotize at all and, having no other means of fighting, gets used and/or eaten.
Decoupling: Allen finds a couple which female is attractive enough to catch his interest, so he eats her boyfriend and has some fun with his girlfriend before he eats her too.
Victorious villain: One or more heroes tries to put a stop to Allen's wicked deeds, only to be themselves loaded into his stomach.
Inexplicit turnabout (With off-screen vore): Allen's faced with someone determined to take him, who's implaceably powerful and relentless. One would think Allen's unable to stand against such a peerless being... but then he comes out of wherever this superior person cornered him, his middle distended with the stranger's dissolving corpse. "Burp, that was easier than I thought."
Love at First Sight: A scene where he meets a particularly busty girl, and - because of a vague memory of his buxom mother, leading him to the conclusion that busty girls are better mothers than less developed ones - decides that he would rather have her for a girlfriend and future mother to his children, than a mere evening of culinary satisfaction. (Storyline where vore is carried out on people he hypnotize into being food for himself and his girlfriend)
