ETA ::Profile (Alcy)

Alcyone-- 'Alcy' to her friends, of which she has exactly one-- is a notorious, infamous, and extraordinarily wanted galactic eco-terrorist. With a bounty upwards of a million pixels on her head and a terrifying laundry list of recorded offenses, one would logically assume that she is a cruel and clever individual who undertakes such ruthless endeavors in the name of cold, hard cash.

Well... not exactly.

Alcyone is far more oblivious than cruel, in truth. She is a Novakid, a unique and alien species of star-like people that are an incredibly rare sight throughout the galaxy... and that goes without even mentioning the fact that their biology and development are barely understood by other races. Her species accounts for some of her odd tendencies, but even among her own kind, Alcy's morals are rather skewed, and she does not truly understand the ramifications her actions have on those around her. Whether or not she even realizes that there's an enormous bounty on her head is quite debatable; she mostly just wonders why so many people try to shoot her on sight.

Her intentions, surprisingly enough, are quite pure. Alcyone resided on Earth for several very pleasant decades until the planet was abruptly and violently obliterated by the cosmic nightmare known as the Ruin, and though she escaped minutes prior to its destruction, it greatly saddened her to see such a lovely planet disappear. Alongside Zosma, her best friend and partner-in-crime, she eventually decided that instead of bitterly mourning the Earth, it would be simple enough to just try and replace it by fashioning a new one. They just needed to get ahold of the right stuff and the right equipment. So Alcyone and Zosma began traversing the galaxy, callously stripping planets-- both inhabited and uninhabited-- of all their valuable resources. Once they collect enough and find a suitable base planet for construction, they have made it their joint goal to re-imagine the Earth as accurately as possible... down to the foliage, wildlife, and even the inhabitants, whom they obtain in the form of human refugees that they kidnap and transport from other star systems.

In short, Alcyone's objective really is quite earnest and innocent! Just... not her methods.

Please note that I don't do IC approaches or really short posts (other than for casual public silliness), and I prefer to discuss any serious scenes before starting them. Additionally, I find "hello, how are you, etc" greetings extremely tiresome. If you want to play with my character, please just ask up front. Bothering with unrelated formalities feels like a waste of time rather than a courtesy, especially when I can already hazard a good guess at why you're messaging me.
