Yep. She's a caterpillar girl that gets you high off of what's in her hookah or pipe at the time, then takes advantage of your drugged state in one way or another. Potent stuff she's smoking, too, a combination of various forms of acacia, hence the name... Though the specific sort of Acacia she's named after is often used as fuel, namely for the creation of charcoal, making it fitting that she often fuels the addictions of those she comes into contact with... Or sparks them herself.
Though that little bit above alone is enough to know what exactly she does, it doesn't exactly explain who Acacia is. Yeah, she's a lover and a smoker, and she plays the part... Though, in reality, she's a bit more diabolical than the majority of either of those things. Unlike her father, whom simply enjoyed the company of those that partook in his particular form of hallucinogens, she's rather lusty and often left quite hungry as a side-effect of the very drugs she pushes, often using her newfound friends as munchies while they're too hit-up to fight back...
