Lore :
Her story, technically, is a bit complex and starts in the magical land of little ponies. Althought like any other high socialised creatures, these ponies can travel and live in a foreign land as well. Unfortunately not always for the happiest reasons. Indeed, it all started with a Changeling and his hybrid daughter who had to flee from these unwelcoming lands because of their unwanted kind. They found a new home in a large Island named Avallah. Actually, they weren't the first equestrians to find home there, as other special member of the same group of species were already living there, among other ones, social or feral. Most of this place is made of savage creatures' territories, but at ponctual locations a few villages can be found, from a tribe of kobold to the villa of the owner of this island.
This said owner welcomed the changeling and her daugther warmly and quickly fell in love with them, ready to fill that familly gap that has been created by a previous heart break. It didn't take long for him to realise that his new mate and daughter happened to be gifted of some sort of Immortality. Whenever something terrible led to the destruction of their body, they would be found back half a day later in their bed.
Things starts to get really interesting when the owner's adopted sister got to know that Changeling. She wished to live the same love story as her brother's so much that she decided to create a clone of the changeling. This mare, very smart and resourceful, is a specialist in DNA manipulation and potion creation. Unfortunately this project of hers was more than she could chew. Even if mostly succesful, the clone she created went rogue, envying too much the life's of the original one, wishing to take his place. He became quite a non negligable threat of the island and had to be stopped... But like the original, he was immortal as well. So the siblings decided to trap him somewhere in stasis, so he wouldn't cause any troubles anymore.
However, the scientist mare wasn't quite done either. She still considered him as an experiment, and simply couldn't resist to experiment on him more! She wanted a companion, so she tried to force that famous tranformation of a changeling into a changedling that are supposed to be much more pacific and empty of any love hunger. Well you have the results shown up aside: Scylia.
What's special about her :
She sustained a gender shift, so she would stop identifying herself as the original changedling, as well as many experimentations from the scientist until she would eventually stop to look like a drone people are affraid off. Yet it didn't worked out well once more. Scylia may look friendlier now, but all these jewels buds appeared to fill the holes changelings are supposed to have on their horns and limbs. She faked to be a nice creature now only to deceive the scientist and break herself free, ready to enjoy the love of all the mind free creatures of the island... She was aware it was useless to attack the family, thought she was still free to be up for mischiefs, helped out with her shapeshifting abilities fueled by the love she would manage to drain from her victims!
