Long story short: a quirky and dorky girl with the power to manipulate reality through art; despite not being malicious, she also has no sense of morality. Roco Handa has been obsessed with art her entire life; there is nothing she values more than making her own brand of creativity known to the world. Painting, sculpture, performance... she has done it all. Her odd mannerisms made her kind of a loner, but she really didn't mind. It's not like she was going to be alone for too long. One day, Roco discovered that she whatever she painted became reality. And she was quite happy to test that power with classmates, teachers and even her own parents. Before long, she has "roconized" everything. Or so she thought.

The girl wasn't satisfied; she just wasn't seeing enough of herself in her creations. It was feeling unfulfilled that Roco ate her first human. A girl she found cute enough to simply swallow whole. All she had to do was draw it to make it happen! After fully digesting the girl, the artist realized she had found the solution to her problem. The girl had become part of Roco, all she needed to do was get her out again. And so Roco reformed her through a painting, reshaping her body soul. The end result was warped and sick and Roco simply loved it.

With new purpose, the young artist set off to "reconoze" the world. Eating and painting and creating joyfully. While Roco most certainly enjoys a good meal, her main reason for wanting people, beyond the fact that she just doesn't believe killing people is wrong at all, is to reform their souls and bodies into creations of her own.
