Meet Qui: The nine-tailed fox spirit.
Qui is the spirit, and guardian, of his like-named Forest. He is able to see and control all that happens within the Qui Forest, and the inhabitants around the area all worship him as though he were a god- and with good reason.
The spirit has nine tails; each tail represents one of Qui's souls ( yes, he has nine souls ), and a fraction of his power. Each of these tails he has gained by sucking the soul out of some poor victim, and that- in and of itself- should be a testament to the creature's maleficence and greed. With one of his tails exposed, he has some magical ability comparable to most magic-users in the realm. However, with all nine tails exposed and their tips a-glow, the fox is comparable to gods of myth.
Not only that, but Qui is an immortal- the universe will not allow him to die, as he and his forest are essential to the balance of life. The forest itself has it's fate intrinsically linked with the fate of all things, and so it's spirit cannot realistically be killed. However, he can still be Vored. It just means that he will always reform once his "time" is up and his "life" is forfeit; reappearing somewhere deep within his forest once again.
Even though he's worshiped by the villagers around his forest, he's actually a fairly polite guardian when it comes to most visitors. He will greet them with a smile, and offer to help them find their way- or offer to let them use his shrine for the night, if they are weary. However, if someone is particularly abusive to his forest, or if he can sense an innate need to submit from them, he can show a very dark, condescending side of himself that is rarely let out- a dominating side, per say.
The kitsune is also, as many visitors to his forest may found out, a bit of a slut by nature. Qui's one real weakness is, as strange as it may seem, his rear. He has an innate love of having things pushed in and out of him from behind- fingers, tails, tentacles, etc. He is especially amorous towards herms/dickgirls or girls sporting strap-ons, and will immediately drop all nine tails ( weakening himself ) just to make it easier for them. This is just one side-effect of a spirit taking a humanoid form, presumably; they will have desires, and in turn, deeply-seeded fetishes.
