moot (intentionally lowercase) is a neko with bright blue eyes reminiscent of sapphires that are generally wide open, staring in innocent enjoyment of the world around her. Her mostly straight but occasionally rebellious amber hair is shoulder length and worn in the sort of carefree style only one so young could pull off without looking untidy. Her body is slender and active, and due to her feline heritage she has a kittenish look about her, with expressive cat ears that swivel and turn to listen to stray sounds and a tail that flicks this way and that, twitches when she's agitated, and poofs up when angry or scared. Her favorite color is pink, which should be obvious based on her coordinated outfit. She generally wears a pink t-shirt with "m♥♥t" on it, a pair of pink panties, and a pink bow in her hair, with no time for or interest in worrying about her lack of pants.

She's a kind girl though often quiet, preferring not to say something unless she's absolutely certain (or incredibly excited) about it. This can lead to most of the things she says being punctuated with an exclamation mark but between outbursts she's generally reserved, though often still happy. It's hard to get her down or angry, though should something upset her she can turn vicious, the sort of vicious that might lead to clawing and biting. Generally though if there is a problem she'd much rather run from it than fight.
