There are few things more bone chilling than laughter. Of course, like many things it all depends on context, how the laughter is used. For example, a baby at a birthday party, laughing as he smashes his head into the cake. That's cute, if a little disappointing that no one is getting cake anymore. An example of the inverse would be an abandoned house where an entire family was murdered, including their newborn son. Hearing a baby's laughter echo through the halls would rock any man to the core. There's a precise science to making a disturbing laugh, something that takes extreme care, and years to perfect. Something that only someone truly mad could properly understand. A man stands before a board of circuits and machinery, looking at two large tubes, looking like cloning vats, each one with a dark, shadowy figure locked away inside, suspended by some thick fluid. It is in this scenario that the laugh can be perfected to achieve perfect creep. The man's labcoat ripples as he releases his hearty chuckle, not so much a "Muhahaha", but the kind of laughter your friend would have after a beer. A switch is flipped, a button is pressed, and power from an entire city block is robbed as the laboratory sparks to life. Gauges spark, warning lights flash, it's obvious the system is overloading, but the entire time the laughter doesn't stop. This is the birth of the sisters Latexia and Patrcia.


Mad scientists are a bit rampant in the world of The Nexus. Many are harmless, simply performing experiments on rats, making them bigger or their teeth stronger. There are a few, however, that are less benign. Latexia and Patricia, their real names are long gone now. Their friends, families, they'll never know what became of these two sisters as they were walking home together. Abducted, their bodies "Volunteered" for genetic mutation. Science changes people. Some in a mental sense, others in a more tangible, physical sense, as the two girls would soon learn. For weeks their bodies were put through tests and trials before they were incubated, and morphed into what they are now. It was a long process, a process only a mad man could undertake. A process, of science!


Science, however, has a way of lashing back at people who abuse it. The madman behind the creation of the two sergals found this out as his experiment began to go out of control. Steam hissed from pipes, power faded, his machines whirred and bogged down. His plans were falling apart. He hit the failsafe, which was supposed to terminate the two sergals before they could break free. It failed, the console becoming completely unresponsive. Soon, the two vats burst, the experiments now free from their prisons, and they were hungry. Having been sealed away for who knows how long, new predatory instincts awoken, and there was only one piece of meat in the room. The only thing that remained of the man would be a broken pair of glasses lying on the floor...


Life is hard enough as it is. It wouldn't be hard to imagine that becoming what can only be described as a "Freak of nature" would make things even worse. After the horrific experiments performed on them, the two sisters didn't know what to do. Everything had been taken away from them, friends, family, physical possessions, but even worse, even their memory was gone. There were very few things the two still knew, such as basic life knowledge, how to speak, and that the two were without a doubt sisters in their past life. The only thing they had left was each other, so they ran, far away and as fast as they could. Eventually, they came across an abandoned ranch that they claimed as their home. Something about the place seemed familiar, perhaps they lived here at one point? It's irrelevant, however, as the two make out their lives once more. As luck would have it, Latexia had quite a talent for building, and with her sister's help, managed to make the place far more livable than when they found it. With the transformation, the two lost any credentials, such as degrees. Most of their talents have been wiped, relying on former knowledge that they have limited access to. Although they are both very fast learners, it's hard to relearn everything. Thus the two have to rely on hunting live prey for nutrition.

Sisters are often hard to tell apart, especially when they share many of the same physical characteristics as each other. Thankfully, there's one thing that makes it quite easy to tell the two apart. Much like the brothers tending The Flowing Bowl in Oblivion, the key is colour. Latexia is easily identified with her stunning purple accents that brilliantly compliment her ebony body. On top of that, she also tends to be more of the "Big sister" of the two. As far as they can remember, Latexia is the older sister, and naturally she behaves like an older sister would. She looks after Patricia, keeping her safe from things she suspects may bring her great harm, and generally looks out and takes care of her. She's a stubborn one, too. Slow to embrace new ideas, but is loyal to anyone she considers a friend. Patricia, on the other hand, has breathtaking light blue compliments to her own body. She's the more energetic and curious of the two, always trying to explore and learn more about her world. The transformation took a lot away from her, and she's determined to get as much of it back as she can! She's a nice person, quick to trust people and has an open heart.


Recent events:
The two sisters where walking through the nexus park, when they ran into a jackal who hir body was made of nothing but latex, they introduced themselves finding out the jackals name was Jackie_ they became good friends even having a lil fun, but now these lovely ladies are now a pet to Jackie_ and they will only take her as a mistress.
