Possibly the only Pony that's as quick as Rainbow Dash herself... then again... she isn't exactly from Equestria in the first place!

Gumption: 4 - A bit toughened up, for whatever reasons.
Quickness: 6 -Not quite as quick as Rainbow Dash, but certainly no slouch when it comes to speeding around.
Excitement: 3 - She doesn't back down from anything, even when the odds are overwhelmingly against her.
Smartness: 2 - Not the quickest thinker, but that's not too surprising considering her reckless nature.
Caring: 2 - She cares about other folks, of course, but she's easy to distract from things unless she's got a special reason to get into it.
Friendship: 1 -Not overly known and generally new to the place, she's still coming to grips with the place.

Cutie Mark: A pair of lightning bolts that represent a combination of speed and strength. While not exactly capable of a Sonic Rainboom (yet), she's no stranger to fancy flying.
