Chiyo Aesir, the twin sibling of another girl aboard the Black Nova also named Chiyo Aesir. Whether they are somehow genetically related or only claim they are twins because they happen to have the exact same name is often speculated.

Chiyo signed up for the Black Nova one day out of nowhere with no real background credentials or information, which put a hindering on her acceptance. She was eventually accepted after her twin sibling was accepted, giving Chiyo some type of background for Black Nova to work with.

When Chiyo was asked why she wanted to join Black Nova, her response on paper was "Meow". This began rumors that she doesn't even understand or speak english, though people who make fun of her openly tend to get a marker in the face.

It became apparent why Chiyo joined Black Nova when she Steered off course from the beginning training area in flight practice into intermediate and advanced areas, often-times disrupting dogfighting drills and getting reprimanded for it. She seemed to be in it for the excitement.

Chiyo never seemed to be an advocate for safety. Becoming bored with standard procedure in handling laser pistols, she picked up an extra one and started trying to shoot stylishly with two. The last straw was taken when Chiyo hijacked one of the advanced space fighters from Black Nova and took it joyriding through an asteroid field. She should have been kicked out right there, but she promised to make up for it if they would let her on an expedition, she did bring the ship back unscratched after all.

Chiyo easily gets bored with ordinary things and hates standard issue equipment. She prefers advanced weaponry and advanced ships. That seems to be her only purpose, as nobody knows much else about her actual life.

Chiyo has onyx black hair that shines healthily, two black ears protruding from the top of her head; she would claim they are kitty ears. Her electric colored eyes, which allow her to see much better in the dark, often hold a look of disinterest and boredom, and likewise are her soft sensual lips in an indifferent frown. She wears a mostly white jacket with blue collar with a checker design on one collar and blue cuffs. It's typically zipped up with a blue ribbon tie tied underneath the zipper. Under that is a light blue T-shirt, simple enough in design, leading down to her blue pleated skirt, the edge hanging high enough to reveal a glimpse of her smooth thighs before a pair of black stockings obscure the rest of her leg. Underneath all that is a petite, agile looking body with pleasing curves and a soft silky texture. Yes, she's also wearing a pair of panties.

Chiyo's Ace Pilot maneuvers make her incredibly unpredictable and hard to get a bead on. Her evasive tactics can throw off the steadiest of aim. This goes for her passengers too though. Anyone on board that isn't Chiyo is going to get tossed around hard when she's piloting.

Big Weapons Only:
Chiyo knows how to handle heavy weapons. Anything unwieldy, massively destructive, explosive, or just plain large, Chiyo can handle with expert proficiency. Her love for heavy weapons also leads her to mistreat lesser weapons. She will wield standard issue equipment irresponsibly and roughly, likely leading to the equipment's early retirement.

Kitty:
Chiyo can see dark places, hear better than most races, and mew. Chiyo's sharp senses can give her an edge. Chiyo also has the cuteness of a kitty, so she generally attracts a lot of attention, especially from the cat boy pilots, but hostile aliens are no exceptions.
