DESCRIPTION:
Azure is a light blue pony with dark blue mane and tail. She's 4 feet tall at the shoulder and around 6 feet long. She smells and tastes of sweet tart raspberry with a hint of latex. And that's the main thing, she's not a organic pony she's made entirely out of latex, even her hair, which other than that on her head and tail, her body is completely smooth and slick to the touch and very soft and cuddly. She's a Earth Pony.
I say she as that is what she considers herself mentally, but she comes from a alternate version of Equestria where everything even the ground you walk on is shiny (ie latex or silicon based). She herself really doesn't have a gender per se, she's actually rather genderless, but calling her a 'it' is a sure fireway to get a hoof to the face!
On her flank is her cutey mark, which is a golden bow and arrow.
Typically when seen she's either wearing nothing, or a few straps around her middle with a a satchel on either side of her flank and next to each satchel is her bow and quiver of arrows respectively. Around her neck though she always wears a blue pendant.

Azure's has a booth in the park made out of shinyness like her. The booth is in front of a large oak tree that she has shinyfied. Above the booth is a sign that reads "Azure Shade's Kissing Booth". When she's manning it she'll generally be behind the booth with her forehooves on the counter and a bright welcoming smile to customers. A billboard on the booth itself lists all her services.

Golden Harvest: A very nice earth pony native to Azure's Ponyville, she's not always in Azure's mindscape as she's a shared mindfriend between her and Sweetie Belle.
FAMILY: For those confused, Azure comes from a future version of Equestria.
Scootaloo: Is Azure's sister, both she and Azure were orphan foals when they were young, and not having a mother or father they adopted each other as sisters, and treat each other as such. Anyone who claims they aren't sisters is liable to get a hoof in the face from both of them. The grown up mare lives with her sister in a house near the coast (( in her world Ponyville is a coastal town )) Both sister's love each other very much.
Relationships:
Azure's kind are polyamorous by necessity (it takes a minimum of 3 ponies to reproduce) They call their groupings 'herds'. A group of ponies that are in a relationship with each other, with one of them generally the alpha of the group who generally is the most dominant.
Sweetie Belle: The two had been good friends since they were foals, but they fell head over hooves for each other when they reached adulthood. Sweetie Belle is Azure's marefriend, and she adores her unicorn friend, even though Sweetie Belle keeps trying to convince the mare, unsuccessfully, to have foals with her. Sweetie Belle is the Alpha of Azure's herd.
Golden Harvest: a member of azure's herd, she typically spends most of her time inside Azure's or Sweetie Belle's mindscape.
Merciful Illusion: a convert pony, she's a illusionist and proud member of Azure's herd. Also known as Fearne.
Boobsy, Woobsy, and Annette: 3 changelings, Boobsy being a male drone, and Woobsy and Annette being female drones. They were captured and seduced by Sweetie Belle during the changeling war, and are now head over heels in love with her, and by extension, Golden and Azure as well. They spend most of their time inside of Sweetie Belle's mindscape.

Kailindrea: For some reason the demonic skunkubus really likes Azure . . . maybe it's because she's adorably evil, who knows XD.
Galis: Such a sweet little dragon, Azure has a tendency to dominate him with cuddles, he doesn't seem to mind ^^.

PERSONALITY:
She's a very sweet and loving mare, though shy when she meets new beings she's quick to open up and chat, always loving to make new friends.
One of the things she does like to do with those she likes though is eat them. In her culture pony's eating each other is done as a sign of affection, being silicon based creatures, they don't die when eaten they become absorbed body and mind into the other pony. When this occurs their mind is brought within the 'pred' pony's mind and they are usually doted on, the inside of each pony's mind their own personal playground they can make into a wonderland for their friends, their imagination bein their only limitation. Afterwards all the pred pony has to do is concentrate to sacrifice some of her own mass to reform the prey pony, reforming is tiring, but the rush of energy from eatin the pony usually supplies the energy to reform them as well, giving a net loss of zero.
This gives her a rather cavalier attitude about noms (what she calls eating others), though she generally won't do it to someone who is obviously against it, as having the friend scared out of their mind defeats the point of nomming them to her.
She's a wandering pony by nature, and loves to explore, her cutey mark being a bow and arrow showing that she's actually a quite skilled huntress and tracker, but mostly she's a explorer and scout, seeking out new life and lands for the sheer fun of it.
Biology: As stated before she's a silicon based life form, made out of a type of living latex. She doesn't need to breathe, and she only needs to eat rarely, and then only to repair herself if she gets cut or scuffed eating food will repair the wound. Though just because she mostly doesn't need to eat doesn't mean she doesn't 'like' to eat for fun and to show affection. When she does nom something or someone when she absorbs whatever she's eaten she becomes glossier and more shiny. It's a easy way to tell her current state of health, the shinier she is, the healthier she is. As for resilience, she's really hard to hurt, getting her head cut off is merely inconvenient to her (( though pretty darn inconvenient 'get over here body, no to the left, your other left, gah stupid body' )) The only thing that is capable of doing lasting harm would be intense heat or cold respectively and certain caustic chemical compounds. Though she hates salt water, she finds it 'itchy' Regular water she loves though.
The other unique thing about her is she's highly infectious. Anything bitten or licked or kissed by her will start to change and be converted into a latex being like her, a few square feet of any object will be converted per lick/bite/kiss. A human would take 1 or 2 dozen licks to turn into a full shiny. This is of course how she finds food in non shiny lands. she licks something organic until it is silicon like her then she eats it, or sometimes she eats or swallows it whole and it's converted and then absorbed while in her tummy.
She can also turn others into pony's the same way, a few dozens licks or kisses and a human can end up a pony just like her, though she only does this to those who ask her too. It's something she has to conciously choose to do, whereas shinyfying others is something automatic if her fluids get on them.
It's also a defense mechanism against non shiny's, as the shinyfication process is extremely tiring. If attacked she'll attempt to bite or lick her attacker several times and then escape, If licked enough to turn a quarter of their body shiny, the process becomes automatic, if very slow, usually taking 10-15 minutes, weakening the attacker more and more as more of them becomes shiny, by the time full shinyfication occurs only the strongest willed will be able to stay awake and not pass out for 8 hours as their minds and body adjust to the change.
ON BEING EATEN:
Those eaten by her don't reform on their own as they aren't really dead. She absorbs her prey living and whole inside her and draws their mind and soul into her own, creating a mental 'mindscape' world for them to inhabit until she chooses to reform them and let them out. She's not a evil pony though so generally only keeps those inside long enough to entertain them or give them a nice long sleep before reforming them herself. Those she reforms however 'are' reformed as shiny latex versions of themselves, that she has no power over, so if they want to go back to being flesh and blood they have to figure out how themselves, as normally, once you go shiny, you never go back ~.^
If 'she' is eaten, well, good luck digesting her, acids don't really work so well on silicon based beings. If something 'is' capable of digesting her and doesn't reform her, her soul will flee back home to Shiny Equestria and she'll be reformed there.
ON PONYFYING: It's a random process, with only one affecting factor, the nature of the ponyfying pony. Since Azure is a adult Earth mare, most of the time when she changes someone into a pony, they will also end up as a adult earth mare, but this isn't always the case. Your chances of ending up as something different are as follows:

Please note that Gender is just body shape, Colts are bigger and more burly and have more masculine features, and a masculine mental makeup, but 'functionally' both genders are the same, as her entire species is genderless.

I have come up with a new idea!
Shining Equestria Random Encounter Table: For those who want to explore Shining Equestria itself, whether that be at the side of Azure shade or by themselves, I've come up with this random encounter table for things you can run into if you don't have a specific scenario in mind. You can either roll a die and let fate choose, or pick specifically from the table below, your choice!
1. Earth Pony Citizen: Just a normal shiny earth pony, they could be nice, mean, seductive, who knows!
2. Pegasus Pony Citizen: See above, but pegasus.
3. Unicorn Pony Citizen: See above, but unicorn.
4. Trio of collared Pet Changeling Citizens: If you are a shiny pony expect deference from them (unless you are really submissive), otherwise expect them to try to seduce and feed on you unless you are dominant with them
5. One to three playing foals: social interaction only nothing naughty. Expect lots of curiosity and questions. Typical kid stuff.
6. foal pack 3-20 foals leaving school: Once groups of foals get large enough, they act like a single entity. A mischevious entity. Beware the foal horde, they may kidnap you, tie you up and force you to jump rope with them, or put make up on you, or feed you to a shiny animal for laughs.
7. 1-2 Royal guard(s) encounter: You run into guards guarding something. Expect professionalism if yer a pony and MOSTLY professionalism and opportunism if you are not. Guards are only slightly less naughty than normal shiny ponies
8. 3-15 Royal Guard Monster/Criminal Patrol: See above, but on a mission. If a pony expect them to help you with any problems you may have, if not a citizen, you may be THEIR target.
9. Bonded herd 3-10 ponies/lings encounter: Mated group of ponies and lings traveling around for some purpose. as with single pony encounters they can be nice or mean, seductive or kind, they may ask you on a date, or drag you into a cuddle pile, who knows
10. Rogue Wild Changeling encounter: Solo rogue changelings tend to be brain damaged and feral, more like a animal than a sapient, expect them to try to feed on you, capture you, and stuff you into a feeding cocoon.
11. Group of rogue changelings 3-10: Much more dangerous, groups of 3 or more changelings can maintain a active hivemind, much more sneaky and subtle, they won't come right at you, they'll try to lure or seduce instead of just pouncing
12. Criminal Goo pony encounter: a corrupt goo pony, very dangerous, sees all other beings as fodder and playthings. If they get their hooves on you expect to enjoy the experience, also expect to never escape their clutches
13. Monster Encounter: Shiny animals and plants mutate into monsters when they nom a pony, and then they hunger for more, gaining more power with every pony soul they consume. Can be just about any type of monster you can think of, the only limiting factor is they will have some aspect of the animal/plant they originally mutated from. A shiny tree that noms a pony may become a pony dryad for example. a snake may become a pony lamia, etc etc.
14. Shiny Animal/Plant: Just a normal animal or plant, but shiny. Thing is, all shiny creatures have predatory instincts, even the plants. Nothing is more surprising than a tree's trunk suddenly opening up and shooting out vines to drag you inside to consume your soul. And if they do manage it, they mutate into a full blown monster.
15. Named Pony encounter (Pick the named pony you run into up to and including the mane 6)
16. Princess encounter (you run into a princess, you pick which of the 3. Bear in mind, the shiny princesses are NOTHING like the show except appearance, they are all apex predators who like to collect unique beings via drowning them in pleasure til they are too blissed out to want to leave DX)
17. Mainlander anthro nonshiny tourist: Shining Equestria is a island continent to the southeast of the mainland super continent, which is entirely populated by non shiny anthroes of various kinds. Equestria allows free open borders to any visitors. Those visitors tend not to leave though . . .
18. Foal Schooling Classes(3 options earth/general schooling, pegasus, unicorn): Foal classes can be ran into anywhere, even high up in the sky. Got to keep the younguns educated.
19. Shiny Pony Convert Schooling: Shiny ponies convert others a lot, so they make classes to teach the new converts so they don't make fools of themselves, you just found one, attend the class and try not to get eaten!
20. Azure Shade: Yep that's right, you run into me! Why? How? I mean I live there, of course there's a chance of running into me silly pants, it's where my house is!
21. Pinkie Pie Party: Parties are like a roaming natural disaster in Equestria, you can run into them . . . or they YOU.
UPDATES:
1. Azure, after spending almost a month in the park had become increasingly frustrated by having to constantly be on guard lest she accidentally shinyfy someone and get ran out of the park. Heading home to Shining Equestria, she conferred with one of the Princess's, Luna, asking if there was a way to 'not' shinyfy folks. Luna pointed her to Twilight Sparkle and after speaking with her, found out there is a mental trick to not shinyfying folks, but most ponies don't learn it for two reasons. It's very difficult to learn, and it goes against pony instincts anyways, as their kind 'wants' to shinyfy everything they see. Twilight being the bookworm she is learned the trick anyways, and happily taught it to Azure. Still, learning it and mastering it are two different things, it took the blue pony a good week and a half and several bushels of normal apples to master it. But after leaving 3 shiny bushels of apples and a week and half of practice, she's mastered the talent, the pony now can choose when to and when to not shinyfy folks, which makes her job here in the park much easier.

Character has a sex drive but it is alien to normal organic critters. If you are curious feel free to ask her about it, but don't expect to get her into a normal sexual encounter, she finds the idea of normal sex HILARIOUS, not enticing, she'll only giggle at you
Character will not do vore, or tf, or seduction, or much of anything that people are looking for in a vore chat room with Minors. The most she'll do with a minor is give them a hug, or sell them a apple, or call the truancy officer and have them sent to a orphanage if they have no parents, or tell them to go back to school XD
VORE BATTLE: Tentative, also, unless the vore battle is gambled upon before hand at Azure's booth, all vore battles are considered non canon.
Passives:
Shiny Creature: Immune to anything that's not fire, ice, energy, acid, or digestive as far as damage goes. Azure's kind are very resiliant, you can squish them as flat as a pancake or cut their heads off, the first feels good to them, the second, is just aggravating.
Genderless: Attacks that depend on gender or modifiers that she or the opponent get based on gender are all useless, she's immune to them all, as she is genderless physically.
Only internal organ is my tummy!: Any move that depends on internal organs (( such as choking, or shooting Azure in the brain )) automatically fail, as it states in the title, the only internal organ she has is her stomach.
Scent Resistant: Azure's kind aren't very affected by scent based attacks, and are immune to ones that aren't based on stinkiness, and get a +3 vs stink based ones.
Light Immune: Her kind are called 'shiny's' for a reason. Her homeworld is incredibly bright, trying to blind her with any kind of light based attack automatically fails, and furthermore reflects the attack back at the attacker from her own body.
Sensual without Sexuality: Azure is a very sensual critter, she loves to kiss and snuggle and cuddle. But she finds the concept of non shiny sex to be completely alien and abhorrent. Sexual attacks aimed at seducing her into some form of sexual activity automatically fail. That being said raping is still possible (( forcing her to have oral sex as example )) but doing so leads to . . . .
Infectious fluids: If some part of the opponent is forced into her mouth, tongue or further they will automatically suffer the effects as if she kissed them, see below "Kiss of Shinyfication/Ponyfication. This also occurs if she starts any phase or oral vore with some part of her opponent inside her.
Voraphile: Her entire species are voraphiles, there's nothing more enjoyable to them than nomming or being nommed. She gets a -5 penalty to avoid oral vore and if she reaches the stomach of a predator, automatically loses the match as being inside a predator's stomach is fun for her, so why would she 'want' to escape.
Mouths Only!: That being said, her species only has one hole, the concept of being vored by any other orifice really grosses her out, or even seeing them in the first place for that matter. She gains +5 to all rolls vs any kind of vore or ability that involves the use of any orifice other than the mouth.
Kiss me! Snuggle me!: Azure's kind are highly tactile, they love to be carressed and pet, and snuggle in turn, and especially kiss, being orally fixated as they are. Moves that involve affection, snuggling, or kissing work very well on her, and she suffers -3 to all rolls vs such. That being said, any move involving kissing will also automatically put on a rank of her Kiss of Shinyfication/Ponyfication move. So kiss at your own risk XD
Anything but boxes!: Azure's only true weakness, Azure is powerless against boxes, also powerless against being mailed against her will to other countries. Takes -10 on all rolls versus box related moves.
Enemy moves:
MawShot: If while being held or holding the enemy tries to seduce Azure with words of how comfy their stomach is and how she'd love to be inside them and opens their maw nice and wide for her to look at, she may nuzzle right on in! If her opponent wins the roll even if they are the person held, Azure will be in the first stage of oral vore and held by her captor.
Active Moves:
Snuggle!: Her kind are excellent snugglers, why fight when we can cuddle, that's her motto. If successful she uses her body to stroke carress, and otherwise be pleasant to her opponent, giving them -2 on all rolls for 3 rounds. This move stacks and concurrent use will reset the timer for it to wear off, and it wears off by +2 for every round of snuggle applied.
Kiss/Lick of Shinyfication/Ponyfication: Her fluids are infectious. Every time she kisses or licks a opponent they gain a stacking -1 to all rolls as their body changes into a shiny version of themselves or a pony like Azure, as the process of being changed, while highly pleasurable, is also draining to ones physical and mental stamina. Once a opponent reaches -8 penalty from this move they are completely changed into a shiny/pony like Azure. If at anytime after they reach penalty -5 or higher they roll a modified 0 or less ( but only from this move, not including penalties from snuggle or any modifiers they themselves have), they pass out and Azure wins the match, usually followed by nomming their unconcious form.
Stomach o Shiny Doom!: If she noms someone all the way down to her stomach, it doesn't do digestive damage, instead it does 2 ranks of shinyfication per round as it churns and massages her victim, the opponent gaining -2 to all rolls per round they don't escape the stomach as per the "Kiss/Lick of Shiny/ponyfication" move. This makes her tummy dangerous but not only so, as a stretchy shiny, her stomach only has a base difficulty of 10 to escape it. Once her prey has become FULLY shinyfied though, the stomach does damage as normal as Azure's tummy absorbs a fellow shiny.
Shiny Apple to the Face!: Azure whips out a shiny apple from her satchel and throws it at her opponent, if it hits it'll splatter, blinding them for -3 to their rolls for 3 rounds as well as giving them one rank of Infectrious fluids.
You need seasoning!: Azure whips out a pale of shiny apple cider and dunks the contents over her opponent, giving them one rank of infection and giving Azure +3 on all oral vore rolls for 5 rounds from their increased deliciosness. Apple Cider makes everything better XD
Finisher: Can only be attempted once per match
Let's get wasted!: Azure whips out a keg of shiny cider from her satchel, how does she fit it in there? no one knows. Regardless she taps the keg and forces her opponent to drink 100 proof delicious frothy infectious apple cider! Each round while Azure cheers "chug chug chug!" the opponent will be forced to ingest a mugs worth of cider while Azure holds them down, getting them progressively more and more drunk and more and more infected. Each round inflicts one rank of infectious fluids and -1 to all rolls from the strong alcoholic beverage, 2 ranks on the next round -2 from drukeness, 3 ranks on the 3rd round -3 from drunkeness, etc etc. All penalties are permanent. This move must be continued until the opponent wins a roll or if their combined penalty from infectious fluids and drunkeness makes them roll a -5 or lower, in which case they pass out from a alcohol induced drunken haze.
Snuggly Doom: If she manages to get 3 stacks of snuggle or higher on a victim she can use this move, Snuggling her opponent nigh senseless, adding another -4 to all their rolls and resetting snuggle's duration for 3 more rounds.
Earth Pony Pregnancy Blessing: Azure can use her natural powers as a Earth pony to bless any herm or female with a bundle or several bundles of joy (depending on the species) . Being blessed like this causes paralyzing pleasure so the opponent must manage to break the paralysis (via a roll) to push Azure off of them and break the move. Mechanics are as follows:
First round: 1 month pregnant: -2 to all rolls.
2nd Round: 3 months pregnant: -4 to all rolls.
3rd round: 6 months pregnant: -8 to all rolls.
4th round: 9 months pregnant: Opponent enters labor and loses the match due to physical exertion and the rapid progress of the pregnancy causing the babies to drain their mother of all their nutrients and energy.
