Hailing from the Himalayan-style mountanous region rich with waterfalls and frozen lakes, Raul is an aquamancer anda brawler. A shaman-in-training when his master died, he took to traveling the world, a task of 1000 days and 1000 nights. somewhere along the way, he's abandoned his quest for enlightenment, instead choosing indulgence and satisfaction as his 'gods'
As am aquamancer, Raul can summon the moisture out of soil, rocks, and yes, even people. if there is water in it, He can bend it to his will,
However,the shaman of his tribe hold to a very STRICT code of conduct with their powers. Raul is no murderer, but far from a pacifist.
The Draconic bloodline flowing through his tribe often manifests in different ways, and much to Raul's disappointment(he wanted a tail when he was a kid),
He has been 'gifted' with a rather monsterous appendage between his legs. Unlike most however, he's not very proud of it, often times going to great lengths to hide it. it scares off as many lovers as it attracts.
