Powers:
-Telekinesis(Psychic): Miya can lift objects with her minds, ranging from pebbles to large stones, including non-rocks objects. Although she does like to throw stones at people, but that's beside the point.
-Teleport: Miya can teleport over short distances easily, or over long distances with some efforts
-Clear Mind: Miya's mind is harder to be read by other psychics, although it can be one if one is powerful enough (aka another mew or something similar)
-Transform: Miya can transform into pretty much whatever she wants to be. She loves to turn into a demi mostly, but she has been seen into other forms.
Weakness:
Dark types: That is mostly her only weakness, as she cannot shield her mind from a dark type, nor can she teleport out of ones or throw stuff at it. The bane of all mew.
Background: Miya was born in the park, as a pichu, but she ascended to being a mew at a point in her life, keeping her pichu playfulness. She can be seen playing tricks on people, being silly and flirting with males she finds interesting, or sometime, she just plays a good prank. She has no real goal in her life, other than maybe some day being able to resist Dark types to avoid their stomaches.

-Money: Money isn't really a power, as she can't really use it in this world, but it allows her to bring ridiculously powerful things into this world, such as:
-Experimental gizmos of mass destrution
-Genetically altered man-eating pokemon
-Armed people
-Candy
-World-crossing Portal: Miya has a permanent portal set into a nearby cave, affectuously called the Catcave, from which she can travel back and forth from her world. She usually travels back to sleep and get resources, and comes into the park to create mayhem. Or just tryout her latest toy.
Weakness:
-Being only human: Despite her arsenal of toys at her disposal, she can't bring it all over to this world in one trip and thus relies on whatever she has at the moment for survival. If she has nothing on her or her things have been taken away, then she's powerless to do anything, beside maybe giving a kick or two... and she's not very good at that.
Background: In her timeline, she was the daughter of Sparktail and Softpaw (formerlly Jen_Sutter) and lived in a pikachu colony, until her parents and her were turned into humans, her parents having been formally human. Her father used his pokemon experience to become incredibly wealthy, selling mostly new pokeball types and pokemon translators. That is only the public side of his endeavors, though. In private, he has a massive lab where he develops all kind of technology, for entertain or military purpose. Having grown in such environment, Miya became rotten spoiled and has commonly access to whatever gizmo her father is working on... and having been formerly pokemon, this family seems to have little care for other human beings, routinely being the center of rumors about mysterious disappearances. When her father developed a portal to enter another dimension, namely the Park, she made this new place her new playground where she thinks she can do whatever sadistic thing comes to mind without any consequences, unlike her world where she has to be careful about what she does and where she does it.
Personality: Miya is... far from being sane. In fact, she's pretty much anything but sane. Her desire to control everything corrupted her mind and the monetary power she has made her a dangerous psychotic teenager. When something get in her way, she will try everything she can to eliminate it. It makes her determined, but also easy to mislead and trick into getting something powerful. Since her father, she inheritated of that kink and is willing to explore that liking, thought she's carefully about it, since she knows full well that if she's digested, she's gone forever.
