You may know this Ruto and you may not.

Following the fall of Zora's dominion at the hands of Ganondorf, Ruto fled from her homelands and left all behind her. With her people frozen and the hero of time defeated, the Princess of the Zoras had nowhere else to turn and so decided to leave Hyrule.

After encountering a strange pool of water she dived into it, however when she came out the other side she found herself in the Nexus.

Ruto has now got a place to stay, after a series of rather interesting events including the Zora pushing the shrunken Dragoness in her vagina. Sapphire_Dragoness made up a room in her mansion for the Zora Princess based off of Zora's Dominion in its design. Ruto is forever grateful to Sapphire for giving her a home.
