This is the disguised form of a certain individual after denying herself from feeding for too long in order to spend more time with her lover. The lover in question was once a former mark; someone she saw as prey, but through their connection, Zoof fell in love. That love was the beginning of the end of their predator-prey relationship, as Daniella had also fallen in love with Zoof's original identity... That love made feeding nigh impossible, as the nature of their previous relationship was one in which Zoof had to antagonise and bother the baroness in order to feed off of the energy released. When Daniella fell in love with her, it was harder to draw out the necessary negative energy.

So after several months going hungry, as Daniella had seemed... Disappointed whenever Zoof went to feed elsewhere, the beast within Zoof's youki took control and got all it wanted. It slaughtered most of the workers on the bovine's estate and nearly killed Daniella herself, if it weren't for Zoof's original self gaining enough energy to take control back and free Daniella. For the first time, Zoof wept.

Refusing to let their budding relationship end at that point, the two hatched a plan for Zoof to leave and return in a disguise, one that would be able to stick close to Daniella without any suspicion. Zoof returned with the name Zoof Brier with the assumed job being that of a bodyguard to the baroness, out to protect her from the dangerous fox devil that had attacked and killed so many on the estate...
