After involving themselves in some underworld buisiness they likely should have left alone, they ended up falling into a dimensional rift after suffering a stab wound to their left hand. During their fall through the portal, due to the wound, the energy of the rift entered their body, giving them the ability to dimension leap alongside other minor magical abilities. While they aren't too open about the origin of their abilities or their past, they might open up to the right person. Zenti is overly cocky when meeting new people, full of "Ol' sailor tales" from their time in the Vale as a carpenter on a fishing boat. Who's to know if their stories are even somewhat based in truth. Their boastful nature however usually ends up with them entering even MORE buisiness they should stay out of. They always want to meet new people so they can experience telling their stories all over again.
