Zelazar is a friendly green dragon that likes to lounge around.
He have four abilities that can be considered magical. The ability to control plants, able to change his size up and down. And his ability to reform near places he've died. And the ability to change the nature of things, essentially transmutation.
He can be considered to be a perverted dragon with a somewhat of an ass fetish. Finding himself unable to give little nibbles or nuzzles to a butt that passes too close. He also doesn't mind it when someone just walks up to him and lifts his tail to mount him.
Zelazar do have an alternative form, which is simply a anthro version of his regular form.
