Story- (Based on the arc with Stretchy_Dolphin)
Well he was a prey in a pred world, still could be prey, but he met his new mother, Alexis. She took him in protected him from preds coming after him. She took him into her womb and showed the pred his prize for being greedy. Once that Pred's companions took off She took him to a special cove and let him out before she had him wait. She then made her way around and ate them.
When she returned bulging belly he rubbed it for her to help her with digesting them. She then took his offered services besides that as she needed some enjoyment, and enjoyment he gave her... at the end of it he vanished inside her again.
After a few days of this she offered him the chance to be a guardian of the island with her. It took a bit but he accepted it and over the course of a few days he became an anthro dolphin and was appointed a guardian of the island under the rules of it...
Zack found out besides reform he has regeneration powers during his time as pred and prey... He can heal prey in his stomach or heal himself, at first its just his flesh healing fast but after a few layers of skin the slime builds up over his skin and keeps him healed till he runs out of materials to make the slime with. So make sure you feed him if you want to keep him as a meal.
as for other methods of digestion, that can be discussed but see him immune to places that don't procude acid as his blubber flesh is much stronger than the flesh of his human form.

Of course when RPs come around doesn't have to be on that Island and being and ex prey does make him a bit odd when it comes to being pred at least for him to start with. But he will follow the needed rule of consent before eating someone. Not to mention they have to want to digest in order for him to do so.
So to say the least he is a good boy following his mother's rules. He has no magic besides his stretchiness. sadly Stretchy_Dolphin has vanished, and sad to say with that, so has her island. and Now Zack wanders the world(s) to find a new place and perhaps a new motherly figure, he doesn't figure any want to adopt or change him again. So a motherly figure does fine. And no he doesn't shrink any he might be more limber due to his stretchy nature.

Digestive resistances
acid power I - 2 days of survival
acid power II - 1 day of survival
acid power III - 12 hours of survival
acid power IV - 6 hours of survival
Okay acid powers are more related to what creatures the acids belong to. While herbivores are rated at Acid power I, Omnivores go up to acid power III, Only carnivores go up to Acid power IV.
Now given his regeneration and that it improves as he gets digested, I can only offer a a second chart of sorts. If you notice each acid power
halved his survival time. And each time he reforms he gains 30 minutes acording to the acid power that digested him. so even without a chart
you can tell that if carnivores eat him enough times he will have much more time in lower levels of acid power

Acid power I 1 hour, II 30 min, III 15 min, IV 7 min ; Times digested: 0
Acid power I 2 hours, II 1 hour, III 30 min, IV 15 min ; Times digested: 0
Acid power I 4 hours, II 2 hours, III 1 hour, IV 30 min ; Times digested: 0
also instant digestion just counts as time passage, so he will still gain according to your acid power rating.
