Celestial_AltsMai is the daughter of
Gyukou_No_Yume, and a rather quiet girl with a love for animals, especially rabbits. While normally quiet, Mai is a very kindhearted girl despite her expressionless face and monotone voice. Some might find her creepy, others might call her cute. It's all in the eye of the beholder with this girl. She's inherited quite a few things from her father as well, even including bits and pieces of his memory. You see, Mai is the result of a freak accident that occurred when Gyukou ended up being absorbed by an egg cell, and was treated as the genetic material for a baby. His immortality kicked in, but only quasi-revived him. His mind and soul were intact to some extent, but his body was not the same. The resulting baby's name was Mai. After a long, complicated series of events, as well as guilt-trips for the mere act of existing, Mai was split from Gyukou by a certain Puella Magi turned goddess. She's now her own person, but is...somewhat hollow now.
Abilities
Mai possesses similar abilities to Gyukou, however, her specialty is the manipulation of cellular structure. This can range from the practical, such as letting her body stretch to lengths normally not possible, to the bizarre, like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xl4KQ1-ml6E Needless to say, the latter is more reserved for combat situations, but the most practical application of this ability is to heal injuries via restoration of lost cells. She's a healer of sorts that is effectively immortal.

Mai's a switch, through and through. A lot of her tastes were effectively "inherited" from her father, so there's some masochistic tendencies, but after being around him long enough, she's grown used to the predatory side of things as well. Mai generally lives with her father in their manor, but is also something of a world-hopper, so truth be told, she can be found just about anywhere and can at least attempt to blend into any setting.
