Yukani is a godess, a rather unknown godess who played many roles in her life, but most people know at least one of her former forms that was rather popular, Loki, the betrayer, the fool the liar. Of course much was invented and added by the other gods who totally disliked her for being as powerful as she was. She is the eternal presence that makes people do foolish or stupid sometimes even cruel things, human lives don't matter to her, less than an ant under the foot of a giant. Sometimes it's just fun to burn them with the magnifying glass being it in form of a foolish leader who starts a war or some boys stealing an old woman's hat to play with it.
Not that she everywhere, no that would be annoying, it just increases her powers, strengthens her. Most of the time she's using the body of a nice, innocent looking young woman who almost looks like a girl. Her body though is nothing but a husk, a vessel she forms after her chaotic will. If the body she's in feels pain, well, it's likely fun for her or at least diffrence and entertaining and she'll do anything that is fun to her.
