Well, it might be so, or it might not... but that doesn't change some things. Yua-Kami, after all, IS a goddess. She is also exactly five inches tall, and can't do a damned thing about it. She's always been tiny, and always WILL be tiny. However... she IS still a goddess.
As a goddess, she's rather less potent than her state of being might indicate. At least, as compared to other, properly believed-in deities. For a human, though, she's still quite potent indeed! She's more than capable of any number of magical feats, especially illusions, if she sets her mind to it. Such crude things as fireballs and the like are also well within her power. The only thing is, she is the Great Spirit of her forest, the goddess of that place, and so she's rather hesitant when it comes to anything that might hurt her domain.
Still, none of that tells you the important things. That's WHAT she is, not WHO she is! And, well, who she is is rather interesting. Being so tiny, she has a bit of an unusual perspective, for a deity.
As for her appearance, well, it's hard to miss her. She's a five-inch foxgirl, with silky, fluffy white fur on her tail, and long, white, silky hair, as well. Her skin is perpetually tanned, and clean, sporting swirling red patterns along her body, which progress into her tail, and the hair framing her face. Typically, she's clad in a crimson yukata and little else, seeing no need for shoes, and not desiring to restrict her legs at all. Often, when she needs to move fast, she'll drop to all fours to run, putting out some truly impressive speeds.
Fairies, elves, and various forest demis tend to be more readily welcome than humans, but properly respectful and reverent members of all races might pass through safely. She tends not to mind a little bit of conversation, and as long as you don't threaten her forest, you SHOULD be fine. Woe betide the person who goes out of their way to upset her, though. After all, tiny as she may be, she IS still a goddess, with a rather feisty disposition... and it might just be that YOU will be lunch!
