Rilo was born in a town in willow forest, the place was full of all kinds of pokemon and there where even a few normal humans in the town. the little pichu boy was always getting into trouble and wandering off into the forest. his mother always found him near by wandering around lost and she would bring him home. one time he was brought home but inside of a arcanines stomach, the boy had been playing with the big dog until it had gotten hungry and swallowed him down. luckily the arcanine spit out the now slimy and wet little gijinka, he did stay friends with the big dog but stayed away from him when he was hungry. one day he went out to play in the forest and it started to storm badly. he got lost and fell into a river getting washed away. after a while of searching the village gave up but little did they know was that he washed up in nexus park. now the poor little guy is alone,scared, and has no family to protect him.
