Yomi is a woman with a draconic ancestry, bearing full dragon blood, but prefers to stay in a more humanoid form, bearing most of the qualities of a normal human, save for slightly draconic eyes and a long tail. Her skin bearing a soft pale icy blue color, she can regulate her body temperature at will, from either being nice and warm to chill to the touch.

From her head all the way down to her upper thigh is a silky curtain of long jade hair, doing well to match the similarly colored eyes which bare a kind, casual confidence to them. A beautiful young girl through and through, though her age is unknown, she has a power deep inside she keeps hidden, revealing only in times of need to defend herself, or to show her friends and play around with them when she wants to.

One of these powers includes being able to turn into a blue Chinese dragon!

As a Chinese dragon, she’s about sixty-two feet long from head to tip, with a slightly more stout muzzle than most dragons you would see (should you live to see more than one!), and a pair of long whiskers that extend from her snout, being able to channel powers through them as well as her mouth should she need to. Her head is about 7 feet long and about 4 feet wide, a more lithe and elegant version of her species, she’s still large enough in this form to eat a humanoid or similar sized creature of up to 15 feet tall with not to much effort should she be hungry enough to try.

Yomi can now change into a half dragon. Controlling her shape shifting powers has given her the ability to stop halfway between transformations and become a half dragon. She becomes taller and stands at 6'5" and covered head to toe in icy blue scales. Her head takes a dragonic appearance including sharp teeth and a long dragons tongue. Her hands become two large and sharp dragonic claws. She becomes all around faster and stronger than her humanoid form while keeping a manageable hight and appearance from her human features. She can also access her dragon spells Thunderstorm and Tornado but they aren't as powerful as he full dragon counterparts.

Powers- Dragonoid

Lightning blast- Fires a powered bolt of lightning

Stun shock- Causes bolts to pass down her sword or between her claws that stun the muscles that it touches for a short time.

Elemental breath- She can breather either fire ice or lightning breath.

Levitate- She can use her dragon flying powers in her dragonoid form for a short time.

Dragon skin- Gives a moderate resistance to magic.

Enhanced physical abilities- Shes much stronger and faster than a human.

Summon tornado- calls a large tornado

Summon Thunderstorm- calls a thunderstorm

Dragon scales- Gives I high resistance to magic

Flight- She can fly without wings

Lighting strike- Fires lighting from her long whiskers.

Dragon gun shot- fires a fire ball from her mouth.

Arctic winds- Blows a blast of cold fire breath.
