Born as a first generation anthro, that is to say resulting from the union of a normal human and a fully feral horse, she was a fact of great embarassment. Her mother, astounded at how such a thing was even possible, not to mention humiliated at how she had been tied and forced into letting the steed mate her, attempted feebly to hide the fact, raising Yassa among with the other horses in the stable and forcing her to walk on all fours. However, Yassa's intelligence began picking up on language, her hands rather than hooves, and even, previously missed by her obviously distracted mother, her less "mare" and more "stallion" part. Eventually, overhearing another person and having learned language herself, she pieced the puzzle together. After doing what she wanted in her own time, she eventually was granted passage to the time where anthros were now common and the place where she could enjoy her new found identity. How this anachronistic individual found her way is known only to herself.

Yassa is a white equine of unique grace despite her very well built form. She usually wears loose, boyish clothing, a reminder of the sheath just above her femine side. Her breasts are average but shapely, and her eyes are a radiant blue. She seems to have some instinct for socialization and friendships now that she is among her own kind and even more varied species as well, but her instinctual joy for the more perverse pleasures continues even if it is at the expense of others or denying they are much more than what she wants to use them as. However, given her new status in such a world, she is awfully prone and overestimates her once vast magical prowess and technical know-how, unfortunately underpowered in a world of extremes. This opening for karmaic revenge is undeniably large and some say appropriate for the equine.
