Here this is indeed a thing.
Xeheveset has made hundreds of bucks as a Pokémon trainer. Not from winning fights-- that too.... But because he uses fights to pickpocket opponents for all their cash.
Not to say he's genuinely mean. Bad sense of humor and tendency for robbery.... But he still tries to help when shit hits the fan.
And of course, since he's in Nexus, he has a kinky side. Like he keeps all his team's pokéballs in his ACTUAL balls. And sometimes he eats his Pokémon. Or gets eaten by them.
Also he mostly only trains Gijinkas.
Team
Barasa Haxorus. Hits like a dump truck.
Not gonna do in depth on her. Check her profile.
Rosinth: Meowstic. Mentally debilitates the enemy. Sees herself as team leader. Uses Confusion and Reflect to make sure her enemies can't touch her or her friends.
Gitch: Sableye. Team tank. Seems a bit insane and doesn't talk much, but is fiercely loyal and very protective of allies. Uses his mega evolution shield to defend.
Mayiley: Lilligant. Deals major damage from afar. A bit aloof and distant, enjoys dancing. Hums to music a lot. Uses Petal Dance and Teeter dance to devastating effect.
Lapot: Klefi. Supportive healer. Capable of reforming digested allies, and healing in the heat of battle. A bit exciteable.
Arsezzey: Ampharos. Prevents air attacks. Slightly clumsy and often eaten. Can shoot thunderbolts with devastating accuracy if angered.
