This is Xavier a small teenage anthro lugia he is a very kind teen and loves to have friends.he has a anthro and a feral form and he loves to be eaten and he also loves to eat his friends!At first he is very shy unless he is around other pokemon then once he is your friend he is completely different he will talk normally he will start to do many things with you it all depends on how much of a friend you are to him and he hates people that hate him.he will nuzzle you he will take care of you he will do lots of things with you even eat you if you ask him too!he has a very strong stomach and can digest things quickly.

1.Plasma Cannon:He can concentrate at a high enough level if he is mad enough to fire out a constant beam of plasma out at his enemies unfortunately he passes out due to exhaustion...
2.Plasma burst:this short burst of an attack is weak very very weak but able to knock someone down if they are not protected...
3.The Untold:he is never alone...never ever alone he is always with one that has no name but is call project untold...the only thing that could save him from the enragement of the untold is his mother,his only friend the lugia.
4.Bite:it might not sound that bad but oh it is when he bites you the only thing you can do now is hope he lets go...
Back story:He used to be a normal human but he never ever had parents ever one told him he was created and not born but by what?He did not know so he just stayed with his only friend and she had lots of ways to have FUN with him and one night she asked him if he would like to 'stay' in that area she took him into he reluctantly agreed and he did not even know where he was going into but he liked it and it made her happy so he stuck with it but this time he did not come out for 10 months...Sitting in there the strange cord attached to him as he waited to come out but did not for the time...Then on the tenth month he was let out he came out happy and new...And as a lugia he loves his friend for this others think he is a freak but he thinks he is very unique and cool
