Appearance: William noble stands at a Height of 6'2", and weights at 160 lbs. On the Outside, William Noble wears NCR Ranger Armor with a crossed out 1st Recon Insignia on his arm. The looks of his armor are dusty and roughed up due to numerous service before he left the NCR. His cowboy hat is rugged and covered wit dirt due to the many days traveling on the road. Inside for human looks, William Noble has Pure white hair that goes down to his shoulder, with dark blue eyes. He has scars on his face and on his chest. Due to his injuries with the Coup d' etat betrayal, William Noble lost both his arms and were replaced with Robotic arms, making him a cyborg.

Faction: Former NCR, ex 1st Recon Elite unit. Currently Wanderer until joining a new faction.

Weapons: Military Issue Combat knife, dual .44 Magnum Revolver, Modified Sniper-rifle (With the NCR 1st Legion insignia logo. The rifle is upgraded with the carbon fiber parts.), grenades, and standard issue rifle.

Special Skills: Survival, Sniper, melee, modifying equipment, and small guns

Personality: Once long ago, William noble was a well mannered, and dedicated soldier of the NCR, he was a member that devoted his cause to protect both the civilian people of the wasteland, and help bring order and security against the other factions. He was happy, quite sociable in his youth alongside his other members. His goal in his life at the time was to make his deceased parents proud, and become the best soldier he can be. Unfortunately, when the NCR 2nd and 3rd Recon's betrayal began, William Noble got sick of the NCR, and his personality changed to a more darker side. William developed a firm resolve to kill Recon members of the NCR, and a 'silent' type style due to what happened years ago.

Bio:William Noble was born in the year 2247, both of his parents were part of the NCR. Both of them passed away during the NCR-Enclave War, leaving the boy an orphan in the faction. Out of pity, Tandi before she passed away trusted the newborn boy to Wendell Peterson who would soon become the next Leader of the NCR, he raised William like a son and allowed him to train in the military when he reached the age of 12.

The Year 2265 was when William noble had a taste of first battle at the age of 16, fighting as a regular solder against the Great Khans. that as when he developed his skills in both Survival and Sniper. The battle was long and hard, and lasted for one whole year. William noble spend that year on the battlefield, surviving, and developing news skills, learning to cook, using small fire arms, and modifying equipment to put off the great Khans off guard. The NCR eventually won the battle, and William Noble eventually promoted to join the 1st Recon Elite Squardon, and awarded the Elite Riot gear at the age of 24.

Unfortunately, this reward did not last forever. At the age of 31, 7 years of joining the 1st legion...A Coup d'etat was revealed by NCR's 2nd and 3rd Recon Squads. a massive fight broke out with 2nd and 3rd Recon against the 1st, and main NCR army. The Coup d'etat failed, but this was a massive blow to morale, and William Noble got caught by a grenade attack. He survive just barely but had to have both arms removed and replaced with robotic hands, with cybernetic enhancements in order to survive. William Noble became a Cyborg, and then left the NCR after what happened, and being turned into part machine against his will. Being a man devoted to his team, he would have rather died with his team than continue to live.

Now at the year 2281, William noble is now a wanderer, his NCR past is now behind him, but the scars are still within him. Will he continue to protect those who are in need of help like he did many years ago...Or will he leave them to dust and take revenge?

Trivia: William Noble loves to modify weapons and create inventions and interface systems for his spare time. He also likes listening to holotapes, and is very experienced in both the games of poker and chess.
