Moves:
Attract. Opponent becomes infatuated with Wile.
Toxic. Wile 'drools' a salivesque slime on his opponent. Has various effects.
Stockpile. Wile puts something in his mouth-- clothing, people, whatever. He gets a boost of power.
Swallow. If something is in Wile's mouth, he swallows. Loses power boost, but heals and regains energy.
