Whimsal retains Whims of PhoenixAndFriends perviness of going after the ladies and won't be afraid of using her sexy body to get what she wants.
But unlike her normal form as a male, she tends to get away with a lot more than before. She can get into female restrooms, locker rooms and even into baths with them, all to sate her pervy needs. But with this form comes with come cons of course but who cares? As long as she can sneak off with some girl's panties and have some kinky fun with them, anything goes for Whimsal.
Being a Pokemon demi, she has access to more than four moves with her always fun Prankster ability, meaning she can do a lot more than being a simple male Whimsicott.
Like one of her newest abilities is actually two moves that she came up with after discovering two types of strange flowers and the moves are as follows:
-Intoxication Spore - A spore based attack that makes anyone besides Whimsal that inhales the red powder forces someone into a drunken state. Good for getting into some kinky fun with girls that fall victim to it.
-Heat Spore - Another spore based attack that releases a pink powder that makes everyone around Whimsal horny. A good way of getting some hot action if Whimsal is in the mood.
But I am sure you want to know more about Whimsal's... 'habits' Well for one, she can't turn down a pretty girl. In other words, she is a complete lesbian since her former male self was all over the ladies, detesting other males and going all out to please other women. So she is a perfect to be in a harem with a sexy mistress as she obeys without a question.
She can be quite a prankster and this isn't about her natural Pokemon ability. She often likes to play pranks on others before laughing her ass off. These pranks are normally geared towards males that get in her way just to show them not to mess with her. As for the females that get pranked, its more of a kinky prank than one to humiliate.
Whimsal is very kinky all around where most isn't as long as it doesn't have to do with more than a little fudge from someone or someone that isn't very fat, making her almost a perfect play toy.
-Fun Facts about Whimsal-
-Whimsal's hair has spots of cotton growing out, making her ideal for those that love to knit since her cotton is high in quality. She virtually pays for herself~
-Whimsal can use her Pokepowers to float on the wind or fly in other words. Of course, she can't be carrying anyone that is more than eighty pounds so she can be useful in delivering items back and forth.
-Another fact about her cotton, her hair also seems to respond when Whimsal uses her specialty move, Cotton Guard, forcing not only her cotton to puff up and enlarge but her hair to stiffen and create a tough shield. Perfect for defending herself and others around her.
-Finally about her hair, she has been experimenting with it and while she is a tad inexperienced in most terms of vore, she can coccon someone in her hair or just cocoon them in giant piles of cotton via Cotton Spore. Though she is unclear if she can really digest someone in her hair yet.
-Whimsal is a sucker for nursing from a pair of lovely sized breast. Don't be surprised if she suddenly latches onto your nipples. Then again, anyone that knows this can easily get Whimsal to come close.

Hair Vore - Whimsal holds B >> Whimsal begins to stuff B into her hair >> B is trapped inside Whimsal's thick, cotton like hair and must roll a 18+ to escape in three turns or Whimsal can use Cotton Prison
Passives:
Ladies woman - Whimsal suffers a -2 against females throughout the match but its canceled out and reversed if Whimsal is holding her opponent.
Prankster - For certain moves ((Will be highlighted with a *)), Whimsal gets a bonus of +2 to use them not to mention that if the rolls are tied when doing such a move, Whimsal wins no matter what and disregards such abilities that her opponent may have.
Fluffy Hair, Tough Shield - When attacked, Whimsal can inflict a -2 on herself to block a attacking move by turning around and using her fluffy hair. If she wins, she prevents 2 damage. If Cotton Guard has been used beforehand, the Opponent is now in Phase 2 of Hair Vore.
Sucker for Smothers - As stated, Whimsal can't resist a good smothering. She gets a -1 if she is being smothered by anything.
Sucker for Panties - If a female opponent happens to be wearing panties, they can take them off and toss them, making Whimsal go after them and becoming so distracted that Whimsal auto fails the roll. Can only be used once per match.
Actives:
Cotton Guard(*) - Whimsal toughens up her cottony hair by poofing it up and growing more. Makes her resist the next two points of damage outside of a vore. If her opponent is in the final stage of Hair Vore, she can use this and up the escape roll up by 1, meaning they have to roll a 19 or more.
Giga Drain - Can be used in the middle of unbirthing or Anal voring her opponent. Whimsal starts to drain her opponent of their energy, sapping 2 points of HP out of her opponent and regaining 1 to her HP. If used while Unbirthing/Anal voring a opponent, it inflicts a -1 to them in addition until they are in the final stage.
Hurricane(*) - Summoning up a harsh, but harmless wind, to daze her opponent. Only works if she rolls more than a 5 than her opponent. If successful, the opponent gets a -4 for two turns. If she loses though, she gets a -4. If a 20, her opponent is stunned.
Attract(*) - Whimsal uses her body and charm to infatuate her opponent. For the next 5 turns, her opponent suffers a -1. If Whimsal wins with a 20, her Opponent is stunned until they can roll a 17 or more.
Intoxication Spore(*) - Releasing a bunch of red spores and causes a opponent to get a -3 for two turns as they are now drunk off of the spores.
Heat Spore(*) - Letting loose of pink spores, these spores makes Whimsal's opponent go into a sudden state of horniness. They get a +3 to all sexual attacks, cock vore and unbirth while they get a -3 to anything else for four turns.
Draining Kiss - A move not available to her kind, Whimsal plants a kiss on her Opponent, dealing 2 points of damage while recovering 2 HP herself. If she wins with a 10 or more than her opponent, she sucks harder, dealing 3 damage while gaining 4 HP!
Cotton Spore(*) - Parts of Whimsal's cotton launches off of her and onto the opponent, latching onto them and slowing them down more than they would think. They get a -2 until they can beat Whimsal's roll with a difference of 5+ to remove the ball of cotton off. Can be used up to three times at once.
Finishers:
Cotton Prison - Usable only if her opponent has been in the final stage of hair vore for three turns. Whimsal begins to use a Cotton Guard but much stronger than any other to effectively trap her opponent inside the cotton cocoon they in, rendering escape impossible and letting Whimsal play with them as she wishes. The opponent has one chance to roll a unmodified 20. If they win, they escape and Whimsal gets a -3 for the rest of the match, shocked that someone escaped from the trap. Lose and well, they lose~ xP
Cotton Transformation - Usable only if her opponent has been in the final stage of hair vore for three turns. Instead of trapping the opponent, Whimsal works to change her opponent into a piece of clothing, reshaping their body into a form where she can wear them. They have to roll against her, best two out of three. If they beat her two times, they escape and Whimsal cannot use this attack again for the rest of the match. If she wins, she wins and wears her opponent as a trophy. ;3
OOC notes:
-Player is friendly but shy. Will hardly come out to ask for RPs.
-No IC approaches. I like to have a warning at the very least. Failure to follow this will result in awkward posts.
-Whimsal is more geared towards females but can interact with males. Just don't expect to get anywhere with her right away.
-Player is pretty okay with everything. A few things are a no but just ask.
