Wehlka is rather talkative.
And mute.
What, do I need to explain everything for you? Fine. God. Learn some of it yourself next time though. She's talkative but she doesn't use her voice, because she has no voice. The bat can borrow other people's. By touch, she can make them mute in return for speaking in their voice-- until they pull away, of course. At that point she can no longer speak again.
Other then that, she likes making situations where she can talk for long periods of time. For example, if someone is in her stomach, she's touching them and they can't really pull away~...
Update: She decided to keep a voice around a little longer, and devoured
Poker_the_Player with her own boob. Unfortunately for Wehlka, she lost Poker's voice when the girl finished turning into milk, and unfortunately for Poker, the girl didn't reform. Poker the Player is permavored by a bat.
