Tara, a demoness with a 'defect' for lack of a better term. It's a rather rare trait some refer to as I.M.S. internalized magic syndrome where an afflicted demon holds a large amount of energy but is unable to externalize it via magic preventing them from preforming the more advanced acts other demons are capable of.
This defect makes her considered weak as a demon and is the reason Tara is living among humans instead of her own kind.

Tara's been living among humans for a while now, and has gotten quite used to it. She has a job as a server in a bar.

Due to her IMS she is unable to preform most magic but has become adept at transforming her own body, changing her size and physique.
