For centuries Lumise was able to sustain himself by travelers and animals that wondered too close to his pond. But with modernization, travelers began to be more resourceful, their weapons more powerful. They drained and filled his home one day while he was out on a hunt, his whole hoard buried and filled in. He wasn't helpless by any means but had never seen these loud yellow machines before and would need more intel. He ventured into the human world built just beyond his territory. He was a bit annoyed he had not noticed them sooner. Taking on a human form to blend in, he found humanity had built up quite the bustling city. He no longer had a home to return to so he would have to make due here.


Lumise found that humans used chemicals to reduce their minds to mush. People walking around like zombies, feeble, weak, disoriented. Easy prey, but the greedy kelpie aimed higher. Sure, he could scrounge for food like a beast... or he could rule these weak creatures. The Kelpie observed looking for the top dog of the humans. He found him easily enough and devoured him. With the city's mob kingpin gone, the peons scattered. Someone had long sewn the seeds of mistrust and pact held by previous generations crumbled. It was easy enough to sway humans to follow him. After all what is a man to a monster?


Currently he runs a back ally 'legit' casino, gambling is legal but the back rooms contain are all forms of magical drug deals and even some exotic prostitution. Lumise lords over it all he's frequently at his casino greeting patrons, making sure to keep any authorities out. You can smell their fear, knowing how dangerous he is, The human cops have no hope of pinning anything on him. He would never let any of them near the back it was exclusive and gaurded by magic golems disgusguised as human bouncers. Rare to show violence by his own hands, but he has been known to paint a room in his victims when he's particularly hungry. He often uses his meals as a means to gain fear amoung humans. His goons fear him enough to just believe him incredibly strong.


Lumise only has a few weaknesses he must take an hour a day to soak in special herbal water, city water will work but it's not as effective and he will have to soak longer. His skin is constantly drying due to not having an aquatic home. He is also weak to fire, fire spells, and if he is in a hot dry environment for too longer he wont be able to keep up his disgiuse and he will halluciate becoming vicous. He's not bullet proof or stab resistant but he's normally able to use his hypnotic gaze to disarm an enemy before that happens. But someone of strong will could harm him.


Story is currently WIP
He is a unicorn kelpie, a mythical horse which often disguises itself to make people touch him, which he then fuses them to his body and drags them to a watery grave. Without a lake though he has to be more creative. He uses magic to disguise himself usually, preferring to take human form. He uses a hypnotic magic to lure prey close then he devours them, whole or otherwise. He can also be a horndog, particularly for women but he has been known to enjoy a man in his bed as well.


Things I really want to see with him. But I am open to almost anything
~I'm looking for something specific, something romantic and lithe with sensuality only to reveal his kelpie form at the end and his lover rejects his true form so he must eat them to silence them.
~A knight come to slay the beast only to find him/herself on the menu
~ Hes a mob boss, his cronies have caught you and you will pay for your debt with your life.
~Netorares, he would love to catch a wife, who would offer her body as a lover instead of a meal, but she loves it and keeps coming back for more horse cock.(or whatever cock you prefer.)
~I would like to have a rival of some kind think he is just a tough guy human only to discover the truth and be eaten whole. (or torn to pieces one by one.)
