Rio has never really had much of an appreciation for concepts like 'private property' or 'personal space'. For that matter, she tends to ignore just about anything telling her she can't have what she wants. At first, this just applied to trinkets and baubles, or perhaps a fun toy she saw at the store. Things would simply go missing, and without fail, they'd be found in the hands of a young Rio.
As she reached adulthood, however, Rio's remorseless kleptomania evolved hand-in-hand with both her appetite and her sexuality. She got her first proper taste of a girl at the age of eighteen, and has since decided that she simply must have more. The thieving skills she had developed in her youth lent themselves perfectly to her new obsession; no matter where her targets hid, or how many security measures they put in her way, Rio would always walk away from a perfect heist with her prize struggling away inside her.
That's not to say she devours ALL of them, though. Rio keeps a hideout in a secure location, like a proper thief should. Unlike most thieves, however, Rio uses an extravagant and luxurious home as her base. There, she keeps the girls she steals as trophies, locking them up and fucking them as she pleases until they're willing to become her household sex slaves or breeding stock. She'll even parade them about in public places, flaunting her triumph to the masses.

She is almost completely unable to comprehend others' objections to her actions. To her, it seems perfectly logical that others should give her everything she wants from them, and she uses this to justify heinous acts of rape and kidnapping.
