Listen to any of the stories of the old religions, the old kingdoms, and surely you will come across the mention of those 'over' the gods. The colossal and powerful Titans! Immense beings of outrageous natural power and strength, truly the subject of gods among gods!

However, as figured out from the stories, a vast majority of the Titan race is no longer present, with the tales depicting capture and imprisonment by mass groups of their lesser kin, the deities, or more realistically... They simply returned home!

From vast eons to scant thousands of years, they have all gradually waned their existences out of the coiled embrace of mortality. Allowing the universe to run its course however mortals and the gods seem fit to allow it.

And that is how it remains, and shall seem to remain for likely eons more other than those Titans that slumber in deep underground chambers or roam the stars, other than one scant newcomer to the realm of mortals. Vunlya! Considered a 'young' Titaness, the curious god-like being ignored the social taboos of the Titan culture to return to the realm of the short-lived. And that is the simplest of it, Vunlya is a Titan of nigh unfathomable power, but idealistically nothing more than an intensely sheltered and naive young woman. She is moderately benevolent, but being a Titan, it would require a host of divine beings to likely bring her down. So in short.. Don't try to pick fights.

She's here to interact and learn, open to quite a lot of things in her culturally unnatural curiosity. ( She is TREMENDOUSLY easy to manipulate or convince to do things of questionable behavior. Her morality is drastically different than mortals and even some higher beings, making it hard for her to find any objection to being told to do something others might find immoral. i.e., can get her to eat villages, crush people, even do things to your character! ) The gods keep a constant eye upon her but neglect to stop any of her 'mild' acts of accidental destruction. So long as she does not pose a worldly or cosmic threat, they feel no reason to interfere on the realm of mortals against her. This leaves just the mortal and half-god heroes to consider dealing with her should she get too... Rowdy. The difficulty of this task comes from the scarcity of legendary weapons potent enough to harm or defeat her. Most of the gods tend to keep those specific weapons close for their own necessities or the return of Titan uprising!
