Description:

Vladimir stands about 6 feet even, with slight ability to control his height due to magical affinity from his mother. He has pale skin that could be mistaken for him being Albino, along with moderately long, black hair. His eyes, however, are a purplish-red color. He has an average build but increased stamina and health from being "undead". He usually wears light clothing and armor, usually a comfortable set of cotton clothes with a set of leather armor and a robe on that.

Being born as a vampire, he isn't quite like vampires are made out to be. He can walk in the sun, but it does sap the energy out of him, even turning him "human" if he remains in it for too long. While stakes in the heart, silver, garlic, and the other main vampire killing tools don't affect him, stakes in the heart will paralyze him for as long as the stake remains there. Being a vampire also means that his heart doesn't beat, and as such he can be classified as an undead creature, even if the similarities end there.

He is quite capable in a fight, using both his natural vampiric and magical powers along with more conventional means to defend himself. He uses a natural magical bolt for a standard ranged attack, while it lacks damage to kill, it makes up with force. He also has a rather handy dagger he uses for more conventional means to kill.

Personality: he's a bit cold towards men due to his situation with his father. However, he can be nice despite having a more dominating personality. While it's rare he makes friends, those that he calls a friend are treated well.

Years of being purposely isolated has also affected him as well. After all, moving isn't easy, especially when you're trying to evade death. It's left him with social anxiety, and thus he avoids crowds whenever possible and sticks to places people rarely or fear to tread. Of course when he has to be in a crowd, his unrest is easily seen.

Background:

Vladimir is, first and foremost, a vampire. Born to parents unknown, his father tried to kill him at a young age to due being half witch, an accident his father didn't want getting out. Out of safety, his mother had to hide him away from his father, leaving him only a small pendant of her blood. He carries the pendant with him always, both as a reminder and for hope.

He was raised by a rather strange person. This woman was well into her age, but somehow managed to stay quite youthful and energetic throughout the years she raised young Vladimir. He was never sure if she was a person, but she did take very good care of him and helped him hone his own powers. Although she disappeared one day as well, he knew enough to survive on his own.

Now he spends his time roaming the world, without a place to truly call home and people out for blood, he remains on the move.
