Vivi is a Black Mage, one diminutive in size and stature with a consistently meek aura about him. The constant dark aura shrouds whatever specific features he may have as a living being, leaving him looking more like a silhouette with visible, glowing eyes. Despite his appearance and general appearance, he has grown to be fairly athletic and expressive. Alongside this, he is more than capable of some of the most powerful Black Magic seen. From simple balls of fire to calling comets from the heavens themselves down.
Vivi is shy, gullible, and often can be very fearful. But he has his moments of bravery and even rage. Above all else, though, he's inquisitive. Despite the powerful magic Black Mages come with making them viable as soldiers and weapons to some, Vivi takes a more scholarly approach to life. He's the type that would rather wish to learn everything he can, questioning everything that he sees. This has helped him stay on a course of being kind and thoughtful when paired with the experiences he's shared with the friends he never expected to have. When he grows attached to someone, his care about them runs so deep, there may not be an actual limit to what he'll do for them.
