Victini, the Victory Pokémon. It is said that any trainer who has a Victini on their team are guaranteed victory, or at least good fortune at any turn.
It is also suspected that this species' signature move, V-Create, is what guaranteed total Unovan domination at the tail end of the second World War.



Appearance

At 16 years old, Victor the Victini is rather short, standing at 5'0 (152.4cm) tall and weighing in at only 47kg (104lbs).
He has blonde hair with an orange fringe and orange fur on his large ears, which creates an orange V shape on his head. His skin is rather pale, and his eyes are a vibrant blue.



Personality

Bright and optimistic, Victor is the embodiment of energy. Always trying to keep the mood happy, he tends to crack under pressure.
Whenever there is a tense atmosphere, he becomes nervous and unsure. He prefers battling to be fun and sportsmanlike.



Abilities

Victini are Psychic and Fire type Pokèmon. They are weak to Water, Dark, Rock, Ground and Ghost typed attacks and resist Fire, Grass, Ice, Fighting, Psychic, Steel and Fairy typed attacks.



Vic's ability is Victory Star, which gives him and all he's friends with a massive amount of luck. ((Or, it makes accuracy go up by 10%, if you go for full on game rules.))
