Born on the peak of a mountain, in the settlement known as Blue Chrome village. Blade had been born with an exceptional talent.
He started off as a young Kotemon, training to become the one that would guard the legendary Azulongmon, who at the time presided as the lord of the land. Every dragon respected him and even Blade desired to meet the great dragon some day.
As was custom within the realm of Azulongmon, once the youngest villagers were of age, they would depart their parents housing and from there on live with a master that could teach them the finer points of battle. Blade at this time, had been seperated from his parents and made to live under his uncle's cover, who was a Wargreymon of great renown among the village. He was not the only pupil that lived within his uncle's halls however. His fellow student, by the name of Silver, was a Veemon who too aspired to be a great warrior for their lord.
Blade and Silver quickly grew to be good friends, rivals and precious comrads. Their master teaching them the fundimentals of battle, as well as preparing them for unforseen circumstances that could make or break the battle. at the age of 14, Blade had evolved into a Dinohyumon and Silver into an Exveemon. Their years of training under their master paying off, and in Blade's case, catching the attention of Azulongmon himself! As was customary, at his 16th birthday, he was sent out on a voyage with nothing but the food he could carry in his rucksack, and discovered the many problems that plagued his part of the digital world. The other villages seemed in disaray, one, their sister village Red Chrome village had been completely demolished. Who had done it but none other than his elder brother, Hilt, who was a Wargreymon just like their uncle.
This turned out to be a rough realization to Blade, who had apsired to be just like his brother, who had been the previous guardian to Azulongmon. He did not allow the experience however to break his spirit. After this event, his brother dissapeared without a trace, leaving Azulongmon without a guardian at his side. Blade was determined to find his brother, and figure out why he had wrought this destruction, and sensing this desire, Azulongmon had chosen Blade to succeed his brother. Training the young man for the next ten years of his life. At this point his evolutionary status did not change. He remained a Dinohyumon throughout those remaining ten years, and was raised in the belief that one did not need to digivolve to reach further heights. At the end of his training, Blade was able to combat even some of the toughest Mega level digimon thanks to his training with Lord Azulongmon.
Eventually, Blade had discovered the reason behind his brother's destruction of Red Chrome village. Laying deep within it's crevices was an ancient tomb, an alter to the great Victorygreymon. who had once saved their world from destruction. With Azulongmon's guidance, he came to understand that the reason behind this gravesite was to test the guardians of azulongmon, to find the one who could bear the crest of courage. Many had failed in this quest, including Hilt who under the pressure of failing his task, had sought to destroy the village to hide his failure. In the years that Azulongmon had trained him, his body had become tempered, his mind sharpened, and yet he did not feel ready to take this task. Jump five years later, a great catastrophe befalls the digital world, and in Blade's absense while he's dealing with affairs in a town overseas, his homeland is attacked by Daemon. Unable to perform his duties from overseas, Daemon is able to subdue Azulongmon and erase the lord from existance. Everyone in the village felt immense rage, and sadness as the one they so loved and cherished had been slain. When word of this came to Blade, he realized he had failed in his duties. However not ALL was lost.
Silver, who had now evolved into an Imperialdramon, and was the chief of the village at the time, informed Blade that the guardians role was not simply to protect lord Azulongmon, but to be tested as his successor. With this information in mind, Blade returned to Red Chrome village and examined the alter for Victorygreymon. He didn't know if the crest of courage would accept him, it hadn't accepted any previous guardians in their endeavors to claim it! Reaching out with a claw to the tombstone, he felt a sudden surge of light envelope his body. A bright radiant sun forged it's way out of the tomb, only for Blade to realize it wasn't a sun but the crest of courage itself. It shot forth and pierced his chest with a speed that even he was unable to evade and a sharp pain invaded his body. As he writhed on the ground he could hear an ancient voice within his head. "Your body has been trained well. YOur mind is lost, and your body is strong. Allow me into your soul and we shall find the path together"
With a growl of frustration, pain, and confusion, Blade's body had begun to alter itself. Gaining more muscle mass and his height increasing as a result. A veil of light enveloped him as Armor began to materialize over his body, and a massive greatsword dug itself into the ground beside him. He had become the Victorygreymon of legend, and this turned out to be very true. As the old spirit now resided in him, and began to merge their spirits and conciousness into one.
From there on, Blade became the new symbol of the land. With Victorygreymon's knowledge and experience, he was able to bring order back to his people where there had been anarchy after Azulongmon's passing. Since then, Blade has ruled over the dragon digimon, keeping them from going out of control. Since then he and Silver had both become busy. Dealing with many problems that still plagued the dragons. His life as a warrior resumed, but he had not been prepared entirely for the life of a politician.



Weapons: These are the tools that Blade uses on the field of battle.
Dramon breaker- The massive greatsword that Victorygreymon are known to use.
Wargreymon blade- During his years of training under Azulongmon, his uncle had been afflicted by a virus that destroyed his reasoning. It turned him into a wild digimon. with Smithy_ 's help. He was able to save enough of his uncle from rampancy, and converted him into a katana that held the spirit of his uncle within it. When wielding this sword, Blade is able to use the attacks available to a wargreymon, albiet in a more compact form but nevertheless still deadly.
Saberleomon Blade- As with his uncle, the former village chief of Smithy's village had been inflicted with the same virus. Smithy had likewise forged his chieftain's soul into a katana matching the same build as Blade's uncle. As with the Wargreymon sword, it contains all the powers of a Saberleomon. Because both blades contain the mad spirits of two infected digimon, most nobody can even stand to touch the hilt of these weapons, aside from Blade who seems to carry them without any negative side effects.

MaxTheTamer The two have been through much. Before Blade's ascension as the ruler of the dragon empire, the two were comrades who fought for the benifit of the digital world
Smithy_ Smithy is the guardian of Baihumon, as such they have a close, political relationship as well as one forged in battle. Smithy is the only person known to match Blade's strength, blow for blow.
