The War was a long one between the dragons and the elvish races, So long that they needed to find ways in order to just survive. Some of the clans closest to the fighting went to creating creatures of myth, Fusing their elves with creatures they would normally have around them to create these hybrids.
Victory was no exception, She was created to become a part of a unit that is capable of bringing messages and people quickly across the most difficult terrain at extremely magnificently fast speeds. Faster over rough terrain then any Centaur, or horse for that matter. And she loves that fact. Victory loved to run, and it quickly made her one of the most trusted messengers that they had.
And just like any war, it came to an end. and their usefulness would slowly dwindle. Victory slowly finding out that she was running out of actual jobs. So she like others of her recently created species would separate from the elves. starting their own path as a species. gaining their own culture. and their own way of doing things. However Victory yearned to run. So she would put up her services to any willing to pay to do just what she does best. Travel, and get there at great speed!
Though Victory isn't a perfect creature to say the least, she has her faults just like everyone. She is a hoarder for one, She has so many things that she keeps on her back, And she cherishes each item like no other. Loving everything she owns. She is a little bit birdbrained, Very little memory, happy and bubbly to a fault, She is so very innocent, she has no idea about anything in relation to sex. But probably her least favorable trait is her complete and utter lack of knowledge of money, she has almost NO concept of it whatsoever! To the point that she is rather easy to take advantage of when buying or getting goods, or selling things (Which is rather rare)
Victory has a rider, She is the most loyal mount one could ask for, So And she loves her rider like one of her things (a very high regard to be sure) She will protect her rider with her life if necessary! That rider of course is Gob_Lyn an Alpha Herm goblin, One could easily say that the two of them are almost inseparable! If you see one, chances are the other is not far behind. Victory listens to everything Lyn has to say, she easily thinks of Lyn as the brains of the operation. And Lyn of course thinks of her as protection from larger predators, as most seem to stay away from someone like her.
