Victor, or Vic as he prefers to be called, is a young man of 5 feet 9, scarlet hair which seems to change styles often... he can't make up his mind... His brown eyes looking about as he simply walks by, adorned in a black hoody with blue jeans and white shoes.

Though he's not at all powerless... He has the ability to MIMIC others in combat. Though a look at his left arm indicates a green glowing [30:00] number...

In terms of his Mimicry ability, he needs to witness it be done.
Oh here's an example.

Some bear-anthro's trying to intimidate him right now... Vic merely sighs as he simply aims two fingers at the bear as the bear laughs.
The bear goes for a strike as he flexes his thumb up and points his finger out, firing a high-voltage bolt that shocks the bear, knocking it out. His arm now having a 29:46 on it, SLOWLY counting back up as he goes on his way.

in case you skipped the example, here's a "TL;DR" for you lazy people.

He can mimic fictional characters from games, anime and the like.
He REQUIRES a weapon similar to the one used in the mimicry.
Example: To copy Raiden from Metal Gear Rising, he requires a katana. Doesnt have to be a REAL katana. Just has to have the base shape.

He can sustain body-modes, like Luffy's rubber body (One piece) and he can sustain it for 30 minutes, indicated by his left arm that counts down.
For each second spent, he requires 2 seconds to regain that single second.
Though he can recharge himself quickly if he has an energy supply.
Careful if he mimics Cole (Infamous) and drains that Car-battery of energy.

He can imitate energy attacks, (a'la DBZ) and it drains his timer by seconds to minutes depending on the amount of energy.

Overall he's a nice guy, absolutely LOVES gaming and physical sports. Though... Dont try to vore around him, it makes him nervous which will OFTEN result in Vic attempting to teleport away.

And also HE IS NOT GOD-MODDING. He DOES have weaknesses. He's not invincible.

His body's still mortal, still human so he can get exhausted. He can have his (as Akira_Tasimaro proved) Chi-flow disrupted which results in his Timer being scrambled, rendering him powerless.
But do be cautious if you wound him or piss him off during combat.
He'll mimic Alex Mercer (Prototype) and turn his arm into a blade in a Berserk fury. (Which HURTS LIKE HELL to him but it only makes him angrier.)
If you can survive the whole 30 minutes in combat, or force him to expend energy attacks, and his timer hits 0, he'll be powerless.
...

However... further training has allowed him to surpass the 30 minute limit. At great cost to himself. For every minute past 30, it'll count down as negative numbers, that's how many days he'll be comatose... IF it hits a -30, then Victor dies, and the drain of energy will destroy his spirit and very soul.
Victor will try to avoid this at all costs. Problem is if he goes into Negative mode, then he's gotten desperate.

Known weaknesses

His Chi-flow can be disrupted.
He CAN be restrained... temporarily...
His timer running empty, leaving him powerless.
Magical Dead-zones... [he can't recharge in them.]
Hunger.
Sickness.
He has a time-limit on his abilities.
If he mimics a character, then he takes on their quirks... and weaknesses.
